It was a wonderful experience! Our whisper guy had a lot of knowledge about the Vatican, that I really liked it. Even when this wasn't a private audience (it was at Saint Peter's Piazza with thousands and thousands of people) I was very pleased for what I had. Thank you so much.

You are not required to pay for a papal audience. I did not perceive that paying for this ticket in any way gave me a better experience, a better spot to stand/sit, or any other type of access.

This was a once in a lifetime experience while visiting Rome and Vatican City to see and hear the Pope in Saint Peter's Square. Our guide made sure we cleared security easily and entered the public seating area so we could clearly see Pope Leo and hear his message. As expected, many other faithful pilgrims from all over the world were also in attendance in the square. His security team drives the Pope through the main aisles of the Square so getting photos of the Pope is definitely a possibility.

Irene was AMAZING!!! She was funny, entertaining and knowledgeable. She made sure we got good seats for our whole group. She got us front row to see the pope in the pope mobile!! Such a beautiful and great experience with her.

They do a great job getting you into St Peters square and getting a good deat. We were in the second row of the second section and Pope was no more than 15 feet from us when he drove by. Irene was knowledgable and entertaining!

Irene, our guide, was fierce and fearless as she stepped us through our paces from meeting spot to FRONT ROW to see Papa! She described what would happen, history of St Peter’s Square and had fun with her intrepid guests! When others tried to force their ways to the front of our section, she defended our turf and even contacted Policia when necessary
