5.00Highly recommend! While you can get a ticket to the Papal Audience for free, doing it with a tour makes the experience run more smoothly. Irene, our guide, shared insightful history and information while heading to the Vatican. She knew the best security line to go through, ideal location to sit for best view of the Pope, and other recommendations for all things Vatican. I saved a few hours by not having to get the ticket myself the day before. Take the stress and let them do the work for you. Thanks Irene and the team.

1.00We were very disappointed with the tour guide. She appeared to be completely unorganized. We were ushered from line to line with no clear idea which line was right. Plus we have no idea of the itinerary for the event as to the time the pope was driving by or speaking. It was a complete waste of money for something we could have done ourselves. We would like a refund for our bad experience.
