Igor was a great guide through the catacombs. He kept us entertained and provided a ton of great history and info. It was also a nice way to cool off during the unprecedented heat wave. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place. The respect for the dead but the practical beauty of the bone stacking is really amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and managed the group well. We saw amazing sights like the only church used in the catacombs.

Our guide Remi was very informative. The history of how all this came to be was somewhat sad and yet impressive. We do recommend

Absolutely crap! Booked wrong date by accident then contacted tour operator within 24hrs to change or cancel. No refund no cancel no reschedule! The incorrect booking was for over a month away and yet they couldn’t help me. They claimed hard costs they had encountered already…in less than 24hrs of booking!!? I’m sure they would have been able to slot others into our spots with well over a months time… Both trip advisor and experience first are not customer friendly companies! They should be able to cater to customers in this situation.. instead they are happy to take our hard earned savings then resell our spots to someone else.. Abhorrent! My special needs son was so looking forward to this attraction…Will never use trip advisor ever again for anything. Booking.com is the best hands down!

Our guide, Egor, was very informative about the history of the catacombs. He also had a sense of humor and showed concerned for one of the group who was having trouble walking. He got her a chair so she could sit down while he explained a section of the catacombs.
