Bateaux Parisienne bathrooms a Disgrace

1.00After boarding, we went to the women’s bathroom. Both toilets were plugged with feces and toilet paper. A line formed at the disability toilet. It soon was plugged. The audio was not working on the handsets on the benches. The tour operator did a very poor job in describing the bridges and mostly ignored all the sites. I would strongly suggest that Viator drop this company. They are not up to Viator standards!

5.00A must do activity - seeing the city from the river was excellent. Really wanted to do the night tour w lights but also wanted to really see it all by daylight. Download the QR code as your standing in line to enhance your experience! Commentary on the boat was very difficult to understand

5.00It was lovely... took us through/past some historic French sights in Paris. Access was stress free and staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this tour when in Paris. Worth every penny.
