2.00We have been on this cruise several times. This one was terrible. From the beginning we felt like we were being rushed. They started serving us the food before the boat was off the dock. I noticed that they were running the boat about 10 knots faster than usual. The dinner was rubber chicken. We had gone in the past -10 years ago and it was one of the best meals and experiences. Long gone is the tour guide the live singer and the drive past the Statue of Liberty. I guess it takes 15 minutes longer! When we docked a waiter was sure to let us know to hurry and leave because they had the next turnover in 15 minutes. How awful and disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

1.00The line was extraordinarily long. We waited almost two hours with herds of people. It then started to pour with rain. We never made it on the boat. The boat was packed to capacity. It was awful and waste of time to even attempt to wait. Customer service has refused a refund.

1.00There’s no time slot so we went around 830/9, and the line was about a mile and a half long. Didn’t even get to do it. Do not recommend buying without a time slot. Try a different company.

3.00This boat is crowded with so many people!!! Even with tickets, we had to wait in line for 45 minutes during a Paris heatwave. Once boarded, we had to stand the entire ride due to crowds. Go with a smaller boat and fewer people! The views from the ride itself are awesome, especially at night.

5.00Due to the extremely high temperatures in Paris this week (102 degrees), we decided not to take this tour as Paris was shutting everything down. We did not know until the afternoon that the heat would be so bad. I have taken this tour before though and it is excellent.

1.00The audio guides don’t work, they sell tickets without a time which means you wait in line for hours standing in unbearable heat. They should offer timed entries so the organization is smoother and wait time is hours less. Definitely did not appreciate the experience at all!
