5.00We have been to Paris a couple times before, but never had this experience to go on a boat at daylight (we did the romantic tour with dinner at night) and we can say that it was an amazing an very memorable experience for us as family… great pictures from this trip. The guy that was describing all the iconic places along the river was super that he repeated every description in French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Russian (I believe)
Giant rat on board and no refund!

1.00Cautionary tale… while waiting to board our boat, we noticed a giant rat weaving in and out of the benches we would soon be sitting on nibbling on left behind crumbs. Our children freaked out at the thought of being trapped on a boat with a rat at their feet and it was equally disturbing to the adults. We all agreed this didn’t seem like a good idea. We snapped a photo of the rat and took it to the ticket booth and they said to contact Viator for a refund. Viator denied our request!!! So we were stuck with the cost of 11 tickets. We were baffled that they would not refund tickets under such unsanitary conditions!! Will not be using Viator for further bookings. And also, I understand the nature of the cruise being outdoors, however I would assume more measures could be taken to maintain a rodent free trip.

4.00The boat is very large, 599 people come in, it has up on deck or inside. A lot of people sit on deck. We took the 5 p.m. shift and started at sunset and on the way back it looked all lights, very nice. Wear helmets because the explanations are from the app

5.00It’s worth the price. Gave a 5 star only for the cruise itself and the boats but not for the narration by the person who is not enthusiastic at all and wasn’t easy to understand (his English).
