5.00In response to all those people who don't know who to complain about the Au Pont de la Zorn service: The Boss is never – ever again – unpleasant and even less haughty! She is a determined woman and thank God! Some are reminded that even if they are customers and pay the bill at the end of meals, they do not have all the rights either. They are also not exempt from politeness and civility towards the staff and the boss! This is becoming rare nowadays, when one comes against the desires of some and puts an end of non-reception for a half-and-a-half pie. Well NO: not all guests have the same desires and tastes! There is certainly no difficulty in making half and half pies. But this has never been the policy of the house and everyone accepts it well and without shying away from it! In addition, if you have surplus, Myriam will be happy to pack it for you to take home. Small Reminder of the Michelin Guide: I quote Tasty, delicious, impeccable hospitality and service, this place deserves its success Good Hearer!

3.00The tour guides were amazing. The boat trip was great but we still gad to buy food and drink as they said our ticket for food and drink was on another boat. For the cost of the tickets, this should not happen. It added an additional Euro 36 on our tour. The rest of the free time given was enough.

3.00We enjoyed the day but the reason we booked this package was because we had young children, youngest being 4 and thought comfort and convenience of coach transfer over using much cheaper rail was best. The coach going to Paris took 2 hours due to traffic and it had no air con on a day it was 24 degrees outside. The toilet was full of excrement and my 9 year old was in agony near Paris for toilet. Coming back was better and boat trip was good hence 3 stars but we should have used rail in hindsight.
