5.00Everything I’d dreamed of was right in front of me: Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Seine. The cruise gave me time to take it all in, and honestly, that’s when the magic hit me. Paris at eye level with the river is something I’ll never forget.

5.00We got to see so many landmarks, from the grand boulevards to the smaller charming streets. But my favorite part was the river cruise. Sitting on the deck, camera in hand, watching the bridges and monuments go by,it was peaceful and exciting at the same time. It really felt like a Parisian tale unfolding in front of me .

1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION!!!! European Essentials is also JAT. It is a travel company who caused us to miss out on our excursion in Paris. We were told to meet at the terminal and there would be a woman there with a sign that said JAT. We got to the only terminal at our cruise port at 715. We waited for an hour and a half for them to show up. All the bused were gone. We communicated with Demetria who handles there messaging. We also called the number and spoke with a woman who initially said I am coming in 15 minutes. She did not show up so we called again. We ended up calling twice and she never came. She then called us and said they were “waiting on a driver.” She never contacted us again. She had our contact information but chose not to use it. They are now saying they were at the terminal and we were not there. There was another ship in port and I believe that they left us because the company, JAT, put us with the wrong ship.It is ridiculous!! I am also a travel agent and will be sharing this information with my colleagues as well as my clients.
DO NOT TAKE THIS EXCURSION! Totally ruined our one time visit to Paris.

1.001. Nobody holding sign at port. Bus was parked on side street. After being on the bus waiting for other passengers for at least 20 a young man walked up with a JAT sign. Don't know where he was because NO BODY saw him. 2. Driver did NOT understand English 3. Bus was hot - no air 4. No tour guide on drive to Paris 5. Emailed regarding "comfort" stops on the way and was told there WOULD be stops (3 hour drive). We did get one on the way back (the "tour guide" in Paris relayed the info to the driver). 6. "Tour Guide" in Paris walked too fast, didn't pay attention to see if the group was all there BEFORE talking. NOT professional looking at all!! Looked like he slept in the streets. 7. Never saw the "tour guide" after we got off the boat ride, none of us knew if the "tour" was over or not! WOULD SUGGEST VIATOR NOT! NOT! SELL EXCURSIONS USING JAT!!!!!! EVERYONE WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE! REALLY RUINED OUR ONE TIME VISIT TO PARIS!!!!!!!!!!!
