What To Expect
Parc de Montjuic
This daytour will begin on the Montjuïc Mountain, from where you can appreciate the splendid panoramic views of the city. The mountain was a strategy to defend the city against attacks. Now is is home to the famous Miró foundation and the Caixa Forúm. These and other buildings on Montjuïc, perfectly illustrate examples of modern art and contemporary architecture. The Montjuïc also includes examples of town planning and architecture especially designed for the 1929 International Exhibition.

4.00I was totally blown away by the exterior of the Sagrada Familia. Seeing it person was so different from seeing pictures. I would have liked to have walked around the outside but the construction prevented that thought. We were hardly in the Garden before the park was closed due to high winds. Luis was an excellent guide, very attentive and friendly and a good driver! Enjoyed the company of the rest of the group in the van. It would be nice to have a van with bigger windows, but clearly big vehicles are a hazard getting around and parking.
This tour was full of history, architecture, and great vibes!
