The tour was great. We fully enjoyed our time. Information, detailed facts, history and funny games were well mixed in the overall narrative about the park.

The tour was very informative and helped us better understand the Park and the stories behind it. Hard to say if there would’ve been a difference between the official tour and this one but the cost was the same so it was worth it.

There were 100s of people in said meeting area. We messaged the tour that we were on way. It was hard to find the group. They left without us and refused to refund us although we rebooked for the next slot

The tour was delayed by around 15-20 minutes due to waiting for latecomers. Due to this the overall tour was shortened and felt rushed. The guide was great given the circumstances but I would not recommended false advertisments regarding start times.
