Very disappointing experience. I understand the importance of being on time for tours, and I take responsibility for trying my best to reach the meeting point as quickly as possible. However, I was actively contacting the company and informing them that I was on my way, yet there was very little effort to assist me or help me locate the group. The contact method provided was not working properly, which made communication even more difficult during a stressful situation. What made this even more frustrating was that when I finally arrived, another group was still waiting for additional participants, which made the handling of my situation feel unfair and inconsistent. I travel frequently and have joined many tours in different countries, and this is honestly the first time I have experienced such poor coordination and lack of customer support. A little guidance or flexibility would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed, and based on how this situation was handled, I would not book with this company again.

The experience was good but too fast, it should be a whole day excursion since the park is really big. My only complaint is that at the beginning of the excursion the tour guide indicated to keep the small bags of the whispers and at the end he collected the whispers inside the bag, it's the first time that we see that, the whispers are not supposed to be used by other person for sanitary issues. That was the way in other excursions taken when the tour guide told us that only he was collecting the transmitters and to keep the whispers.

Due to traffic and taxi showing up late, we showed up 8 mins late and they would not allow me to get in. They did not offer another time.so it was my money was a waste.. we plan on being there a half hour or so ahead of time but taxis was late plus traffic. We were late late due to unforeseen conditions. Would not commit any kind of refund or even offer her another time.

This really could have been 10 minutes long, and then allow you to explore on your own. I would not do a guided tour. Just buy a ticket and walk through on your own in the shade, and research the history before you go so you already know that part.

My partner and I did this tour as one of our first stops in Barcelona, and we are glad we did! It's a great way to get context on Gaudi's work and themes, and we loved it

It's all beautiful park on its own, but having the context and details makes it so much more. Adrian was terrific.

We were at a different gate to the meeting point (this was in the small print) and asked the staff the confirm the directions to the address provided. We were sent to another gate. This gate person then sent us to another.. and then finally this person then said we had to walk all the way around the park. We wasted 40 minutes walking from post to post. It was ridiculous. My 72 year old mum was shattered. I called the operator and explained the circumstances. I was told we couldn't join the tour late as they had the tickets, we couldn't go on a later tour that day despite there being a few and we couldn't get a refund. It wasn't worth the money. Don't book with this operator.

It was a little difficult finding the meet up spot, but the tour itself was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable and nice!
