If you selected the self-guided option: your friendly host will greet you, provide your entry ticket, and give you a brief introduction with key facts and tips before you enter the park to explore at your own pace.
Park Guell
The Park Güell is a public park composed of gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill, in Barcelona. Eusebi Güell assigned the design of the park to Antoni Gaudí, a renowned architect and the face of Catalan modernism. Here, the guide will explain you everything about the history of the park, as well as of its important architecture and curious facts.

1.00I arrived on time at the meeting point. Though the tour was booked in English, the guide told me that the tour was solely in Spanish. At the entrance, the guide informed me that he omly had 4 tickets for the park and I was not included. I felt like a complete scam. To get into the park I had to buy an individual ticket

1.00Extremely disappointing experience with Amingo /Madrid tours for Park Güell . The meeting point was hidden inside a restaurant with no clear signage or visible guide. Communication was impossible — the app provided no response and there was no local support. Given the situation that the tour guide was fully aware we made to the gate. They left us outside the gate. To make matters worse, a no-show fee 30 Euro per person was charged through the Go To City platform by Amingo/Madrid, which operates as a virtual company with no representative assistance. Poor organization and zero accountability. Avoid booking with this company! 骗子公司！

To make matters worse, a no-show fee was charged by the Go To City platform, which operates as a virtual company with no representative assistance. Poor organization and zero accountability. Avoid booking with this company. It’s better to book through official websites of the attractions since you will get local support. There are also very good local travel agents just outside of the gate. You can easily get tickets from them if you travel in December.

5.00Francesco was CATegorically one of the best guides we have had. He CATered well for a range of interests and backgrounds. His presentation style was engaging and his content was vert interesting. He made sure we could CATch a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia, the famous CATholic cathedral. Missing this tour would have been CATastrophic. The many features sCATtered throughout the park were pointed out to us. At one point there was a ginger CAT on top of a wall. Nobody could ever be sCAThing of this tour. I recommend alloCATing a good hour after the tour to look around and authentiCATe the experience.
