Park Guell
The Park Güell is a public park composed of gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill, in Barcelona. Eusebi Güell assigned the design of the park to Antoni Gaudí, a renowned architect and the face of Catalan modernism. Here, the guide will explain you everything about the history of the park, as well as of its important architecture and curious facts.

5.00We had a fantastic day and weather . Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind . We met just outside the entrance to avoid large crowds. We did not feel rushed and our group was 10 people in total. I would highly recommend this tour .

5.00Our Guide was amazing, translating between English and Spanish, sentence by sentence so that neither of us got lost with what he was saying! We didn’t feel rushed yet there was lots to see and be told about. Park Guell felt so tranquil and peaceful even though it was quite busy at certain points. We were lucky to experience 20C in February and blue skies! Afterwards there was time to just soak it all in - wonderful!
Ticket mismanagement led to loss of our reserved spots

1.00On the day of the tour, we arrived at the entrance as scheduled and checked in with the guide. However, the guide failed to properly verify our tickets and allowed another group to enter using our reserved spots. As a result, when it was our turn to enter, we were informed that our tickets had already been used and we were denied entry. This situation occurred entirely due to the provider’s mismanagement and lack of proper verification at the entrance. The guide made several phone calls to the company and tried to resolve the issue. After some time, they were only able to secure two replacement tickets, which meant that the rest of our group, including myself and my companion, were still unable to enter. This was not an acceptable solution, as we booked and paid for the experience. The guide didn't check well in the moment of the entrance.
