If you selected the guided option: your certified guide from Barcelona will welcome you and start the tour, leading you through the park while sharing fascinating stories and insights about Gaudí’s masterpiece. If you selected the self-guided option: your friendly host will greet you, provide your entry ticket, and give you a brief introduction with key facts and tips before you enter the park to explore at your own pace.
Park Guell
The Park Güell is a public park composed of gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill, in Barcelona. Eusebi Güell assigned the design of the park to Antoni Gaudí, a renowned architect and the face of Catalan modernism. Here, the guide will explain you everything about the history of the park, as well as of its important architecture and curious facts.

3.00The tour was informative. Our tour guide, Ana, had some humor and also knew a lot about Catalan history and how it all ties to the creation of Park Guell. We enjoyed walking around the park by ourselves after the tour. The only reason we have to downgrade this tour experience is because we were charged for a no show fee - 5 of us, which cost a lot on our credit card. We wonder how often this happens! We contacted GoCity to resolve and waiting for Amigo Tours to correct the issue. This doesn’t make sense since we checked in with the tour guides twice; once before leaving the meeting point and again just before we entered the park. Please be careful with who you book your tour with! Watch out for those no show credit card charges! It unfortunately ruined an otherwise good day.

Tour not reflecting what you pay for

2.00The tour was supposed to be in english only (confirmed by an email after booking as well), but in the end the guide translated everything to Spanish for part of the group. This made the tour twice as long and we were not able to experience the park without running. This is not what we paid for, especially because we selected an afternoon slot for the tour. The guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of information.
