1.00I booked this excursion on line and had a confirmation for a 4:45 pm tour. My husband and I have been on a CIEI bus tour, traveling from Madrid to Barcelona. When we arrived for the tour on 4/25 at 4 pm, we were told that the tour had been canceled. Supposedly, someone from Crown Tours was to have contacted us to tell us of the cancelation. We did not receive an email, phone call or text. We are extremely disappointed as to how this was handled and will not use Trip Advisor to book any future excursions.

5.00Let them know that it’s not walkable - take a taxi . The guides are there but not recognizable . They should be early enough , especially your advertising that we should be 10 minutes early
