5.00Albert was our guide for Park Guell guided tour and he was excellent! He was very accommodating to the group as we had people who moved slower than others, he left time for taking photos, had great knowledge of the park, and a great route. We ended at the main gate which I felt was a better experience. Our group wasn't too big and he did a great job keeping the energy alive and fun. I thought the cost was on par with the experience considering the ticket cost is also baked into the experience. I also felt it was a great length, not too short, but also not too long. We had done a tour of the Sagrada Familia just before this so we already had a long day. I would book again!

1.00I booked a tour that was scheduled to start approx 45 mins after I booked. I called back after a few minutes to change to a tour that started 30 mins later, but they refused to change the time even though spaces were available. They actually suggested I should pay again to access the later tour.

1.00We bought the tickets for the park expecting to have fun and enjoy the time in Barcelona. This is our first time in Spain in general. We have paid £110 for two adults and 2 children. We used to drive from France to Barcelona that day and because of the traffic we have been 10 Min late for the meeting. On the entrance the park personnel said we could get in on the next slot at 1pm. So we had to wait for another 45 Min. The next guide from this company said we wouldn't get in and we will lose our money because of the company policy.....10 Min late.....I called the company and they said they didn't care that I have problem, the will keep the money, no matter of what has happened. They don't want to give us another slot for any other time and day. They don't want to issue a partial refund and she just hang up the phone....I called again and she said I could complain or make a rewire but this wouldn't help me or wouldn't be on my favour. Absolutely not understanding people, absolutely disappointing behaviour.
