What To Expect
The Sonata Flight is a rare flight that will take you through the Tuscan culture of red blends. Guillaume Fabre a 6th generation winemaker crafted these blends to give you a sense of Tuscany and what it is like to drink old world Italian Wine. We will be experiencing 2019, 2020 and 2021 Sonatas. The 2020 was the Double Gold Winner at the OC Fair Commercial Wine Competition. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauv, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Sangiovese.

Medium ruby-purple, it opens with streaks of flinty reduction that compliment its core of black fruit.

5.00Matthew was amazing and friendly. We stopped in because as we drove through the parking lot of 4 other wineries he was outside at the time and just waved as we went by. We had lunch before doing another tasting and came back just for that reason. Very fun time for my wife her friend and myself. Will be back again.

5.0012/10 experience at Al Lago! Of course the views were amazing and the wine was delicious but Matthew was honestly the best part. He was so welcoming and friendly and made the experience my best one yet. He is so personable and knowledgeable about all the wines and the area. I learned a lot about wine AND had a blast, so did all my friends. Beautiful place, beautiful wine, and beautiful conversation. We will ALL be back!

He was incredibly patient and I would 100% recommend Al Lago wines for anyone looking for a high quality standpoint of wine and excellent service.

5.00Matthew, provided us with a rich indepth background on the wines he served. As a picky wine drinker, I can frankly say that I loved our tasting experience. Especially the Sonata. Would highly recommend to folks that like red wines with character.
