Ester, our tour guide was so friendly, professional and full of historical facts. She was attentive and answered ALL questions. She was engaging the group. Even though she is not Jewish she was very knowledgeable in Jewish culture.

The tour was such an interesting introduction into the history of the Jewish quarter, the main synagogues of the city, as well as the tragedy of the Hungarian Jews during the Nazi occupation of Hungary. The tour was very nicely set up, starting with the initial arrival of Jews in Hungary and ending with the current state and development of the Budapest Jewish Quarter. Our tour guide, Eszter was very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist us and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend touring with her.

We had an amazing experience on the walking tour of the Jewish District in Budapest. The tour was not only informative but also incredibly engaging. Our guide, Ester, was fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the history and culture of the area. She brought the stories of the neighborhood to life with her insights and personal touch. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Budapest. If you can, ask for Ester — she truly makes the tour unforgettable!
