5.00It was a great experience and the coaches were so friendly. This is definitely something I am glad I signed up for but a few notes: 1) be prepared to sweat a lot. 2) be prepared to be shirtless if you are a guy and just shorts and sports bra for women 3) it is physically exhausting. I think of myself as fit and was still dying 4) do this before you get a sunburn. Hitting a burnt shin into a heavy bag hurts! 5) this is an open gym class. I was the only newbie who had to learn the bacis.

5.00A busy gym considering it was 8am on a Sunday! Receptionist Ferni greeted me and advised what I required and was very hospitable. The trainers are second to none and we started stretching for 5 mins then began our bag work then one on one pads with our own trainers. Considering I’m a beginner, my trainer was patient, took his time and taught my precisely the techniques in Muai Thai. Would definitely do again loved the energy and vibe!

5.00This Muay Thai experience was great. I had great trainers teach me the art of Muay Thai and it was so great learning the different moves and techniques for combat. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone coming to Pattaya looking for a sweat while learning a new skill!
