  Guide did not show up and did not contact us. Have filled in the online forms to complain and request refund, but have received no response from this company. ........................................................

  there was a typhoon waring the night before - we contracted viator and operator re safety of tour the next morning and cancellation - no answers given no one got back to us. We assumed would not proceed. Next contact was to ask where we where - they did not wait - guide did not reply to numerous messages. Nest message once we were at meeting point looking for them was they has left make our own way to peak. No reply to numerous messages again - horrible attitude when we found him after hounding him with messages. Cost us extra$76 each. Shocking customer service and communication. Totally ruined our experience and caused much stress

  It was a great tour to glance over Hong Kong for one day; The Peak Tram, Police Headquarters Block, Temple, Hollywood Street, Dim Sum lunch, and Kowloon.

  Good tour with a nice comfortable bus, on time pick up, good guide and nice dinner. Well worth the money

  Peak tram ride was excellent. Guide jacky was knowledgeable and pointed out good viewpoints and information throughout the trip, and despite the very heavy showers made the afternoon great fun. The dim sum was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend this trip as an excellent way to see Hong Kong
