There is no pick up nor drop off on this tour in your hotel, worse scenario on this tour is you will walk going to the contact point.

Great tour guide and communication but the memorial itself was a bit of a let down. Extra money to go into the submarine, displays were crowded and purely laid out, boat trip to Arizona memorial was rushed and limited explanation, park rangers were gruff and rude. Compared to the Hiroshima memorial in Japan it was disappointing for something so huge in devastation and history.

Our guide, Finy, was awesome! He gave so much good information about WW2 and Pearl Harbor. He was really engaging and we loved learning so much from him! 2 hours was not enough time at Pearl Harbor and I wish we could have had at least one more hour. We didn't get to fully experience the museums or other monuments there. The sound system on the shuttle was also a bit glitchy so sometimes, when the guide was speaking, the sound would get staticky. Overall, loved our guide but wish we had more time at Pearl Harbor.

Make sure they have walking shoes and make sure people know in advance that there are no bathrooms on the Arizona memorial

This is a must see when in Hawaii. We booked through a tour although we were not sure as lots of mixed reviews as to ticket availability and such. If you are in the same mixed feeling I assure you we booked with karma tours they ensure they have your tickets for you so you dont need to worry about any of that. We did see the long line ups of people who came on their own waiting around for standby spots and some even left after 2 hours with out being able to go out on the boat to see the Arizona. So book with Karma tours and you will be in worry free. So now about karma tours one would I would us is AMAZING. Jeff our tour guide was delightful up beat a breath of fresh air. He gave us insight along the travel to Pearl Harbor kinda like a mini history lesson. Told us what to do wherr to go and what time to be in line for our boat ride. Then we were on our one for about 2 hours to explore. The feelings you get when your there is like something you can't explain. When Jeff picked us back up to go back to Waikiki Beach he again gave us insightful information about the island taught us some of the lauguage and things to do places to see and how to make the most outta your visit to Hawaii. All in all book the Pearl Harbor and USS Arizona with Karma Tours its worth it.
