Turn back time as we explore WWII history at Pearl Harbor and relive the infamous Sunday morning of December 7, 1941. Enjoy a half-day tour from Honolulu where you will visit the visitor center and the accompanying “Road to War” and “Attack” exhibit galleries that display pictures and recovered items from the events which transpired at Pearl Harbor and WWII. Tickets are handed over by our tour driver as you visit some of Hawaii’s most popular landmarks during this historical journey.

Tour duration will be 4 hours including travel time from one place to another.
Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.
No bags allowed at Pearl Harbor
Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.

National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific
Punchbowl Crater is an extinct volcanic tuff cone located in Honolulu, It serves as a memorial to honor those men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces, and those who have given their lives in doing so.

5.00Clift was a great driver to and from Pearl Harbor with lots of great information. Loved the Pearl Harbor experience and the Arizona. The movie was very good but very somber.

1.00Pearl Harbor sadly closed due to bad weather which I understand is beyond the company’s ability to control. But, Karma tours never contacted me to let me know that Pearl Harbor might, or had, closed. We waited for our tour pickup which never came. I had to call them only to find out the tour was cancelled. Then when I asked for a refund, they refused to give it to me — blaming me for not knowing about the storm (which I did know about) and not cancelling in time, and then blaming the U..S. government for the closure. Again, there are always circumstances beyond our control, but when you are unable to provide the service promised, for whatever reason, you make it right for your customer. In this case, Karma tour did not do that. Disappointing to say the least.

1.00After telling us to go to port 2 which was our port. I then got email to go to port 11. It was pouring rain. Had to take taxi. Got over there called Karma travel who it was booked with and was told no problem driver would be there. After waiting 30 more minutes driver showed up but would only take 1 person. We asked if another driver was coming and he very rudely said yes and we asked when he said when he gets here. He then told us to F$&@ you! Very unprofessional. We then waited another 30 minutes driver showed and was very nice. We got to memorial and only got to see film and museum which is free. The boat ride to Arizona memorial had been cancelled since 8:30 that morning for the rest of the day. Our party of 4 was charged 75.00 a piece for a ride to the museum. Horrible experience!! I ask for partial refund and was declined.

2.00Activities and tours at the memorial were shutdown due to inclement weather. The tour company and the memorial don’t control the weather. However, the tour company could have advised us that things were shut down before picking us up. The driver was nice and cordial. Convenient pickup and drop off. Unfortunate that our visit times with an historic weather event.

1.00Worst tour company ever…. Booked with pickup confirmation from our hotel. Less than 24 hours before (so no cancellation option available) they changed our pick up spot to somewhere else and expected us to walk as there were no Ubers available due to Hawaii having one of the worst storms they’ve had in more a decade. Tour company blamed viator but they knew well in advance what our chosen pickup spot was and made no attempt to notify us that our hotel was no longer an option. Due to there poor communication and management we missed our only opportunity to visit as we are here for a cruise.

5.00Unfortunately, the weather was horrible for this excursion. Ian, our tour guide, did his absolute best to give us the best excursion possible. The city tour was very interesting and Ian is a wealth of knowledge. When we got to Pearl Harbor, Ian explained everything that was available to see and do. He maintained contact with us thru text messages and phone calls during our allotted time at the park. When the weather took a turn for the worse, he picked us up early and gave us an option of returning to the cruise ship or being dropped off at the mall. I can only imagine how enjoyable this excursion would have been if the weather would have cooperated!

1.00This trip was cancelled at short notice, due to weather. The problem is/was that the tour operator gave us no notice of cancellation. I had to phone them to confirm that the trip was cancelled. All they replied , go to Viator and get a refund.
