Pearl Harbour is steeped in history, respect and sorrow. The exhibitions are small. The visit to the USS Arizona memorial was exceptionally well organized and touching. The visit to the USS Arizona is also quick. A 7 minute boat ride, 15 minutes at the memorial and a 7 minute boat ride back.

After a briefing once you get there, you're on your own. As long as you know that, you're fine. And during the rain, if lightning strikes, the boats to the Arizona stop running.

I took a Pearl Harbor Tour and used Viator/Karma Tours…Charlie Bright was our tour guide. Charlie was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as funny! He gave us a good history of sights as during our drive to and from the Pearl Harbor memorial. Once there, it’s easy to get in and they have several areas like small museums that give background on the history leading up to and the attack. Then you watch a wonderful short film which puts you in the proper mood before boarding the boat out to see the USS Arizona. Always remember that this is a memorial and cemetery not a tourist stop. Really a good tour and look back to remember the history.

Our visit to Pearl Harbor using TripAdvisor was great. Easy to book, get tickets and be stress free. The driver was very friendly and gave us lots of information about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor as he drove us. It was not crowded and we visited the Arizona, looked at most of the outside plaques and the informative museums. It's a must do when in Oahu.

A truly breathtaking experience. Hard to imagine how the past was so chaotic on this beautiful island. God Bless the many souls who gave their lives for this amazing country. It has its flaws like many others before it, but a great lesson to why we must come together as a nation and a people. If you come together Oahu please go here and pay your respects to the people who gave their life for this beautiful island and nation.

Excellent! Finny, our guide, provided a great experience. He took us to Punchbowl, shared history, and kept us engaged along the drive. The Memorial was very moving.

What a fantastic monument erected to the brave men and women lost during the attack. Listening to the stories and reading the detail really puts into perspective the scale of the attrocity. A very moving experience and one I highly recommend everyone should do.
