5.00Our driver and guide, Benjamin, was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he share insightful travel knowledge with us, but he also made us feel truly comfortable throughout the journey. He let us know that we were welcome to eat on the bus and didn’t need to worry about bringing sand back from the beach — as he said, cleaning the bus was his job and all we needed to do was enjoy ourselves. When it came to watching the penguins, he assured us there was no rush and that he would give us plenty of time to enjoy the experience. All the things he said and did made us feel at ease. He was truly an outstanding guide. While our guide was excellent, we were quite disappointed with the bus itself. The bus seats were not only narrow, but also placed very close together, leaving very little legroom. It was uncomfortable to sit in. There were no cup holders, no small tables for placing belongings, and no overhead luggage racks to store bags. I had to hold my bag on my lap for the entire trip, which was very inconvenient.

5.00Great trip to the bathing boxes, Moonlit Sanctuary, and Phillip Island. Our tour guide, Jaimes A, was excellent and shared many fun facts. Although fewer penguins appeared due to low tide, it was still a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

5.00I had such an amazing time!! The tour was a wonderful experience and Aleks was an amazing tour guide. She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and really made the tour incredible. I would 1000% recommend this tour and I really enjoyed every stop along the way. The penguin parade was so much fun and I loved Phillip Island so much. Thank you!!!
