Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.

Customers who add Lunch options on the day are charged more(3,000yen), therefore it is recommended to select desired add-ons in advance

Our lunch is buffet. Please note that there aren't many meals that are gluten-free or vegan-friendly, we do not recommend for booking the lunch.（The dates below will be a Japanese set meal instead of a buffet lunch:4/11, 4/13, 4/16, 4/23, 4/25)

If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

Please note that on the following dates, the lunch might be a set meal instead of the buffet: November 17th, 23rd, 24th, and 30th.
