  Chef Roberto cooked for our family during our stay in Tenerife, and the experience was truly exceptional. The food was exactly what we had dreamed of — perfectly seasoned, prepared with fresh, carefully selected ingredients, and presented beautifully. Every dish was refined, balanced, and absolutely delicious. What made the evening even more special was Roberto himself. He joined us during dinner, and his warm presence and engaging company made the meal taste even better. It was not only a wonderful culinary experience, but also a memorable and joyful evening for our whole family. We couldn’t have asked for more.

  We spent my husband’s 60th birthday in Tenerife with family and booked Roberto to make the night of his birthday extra special. The communication from the start with Roberto was fantastic, helping us chose the best menu to suit. We went for an 8 course tasting menu and every course was fabulous. Roberto chatted with us, explaining the dishes and happy to share some special chef tips with us! We had a fantastic night and it was an experience we will never forget, thank you for making it such a special occasion.

  Mr. Medda is a wonderful chef. His focus is on making the best dinner possible. All his dishes taste of gourmet quality and have artistic appeal. Mr. Medda is totally reliable, punctual and works efficiently. At the same time he is very nice person to be around with. Having Mr Medda as a chef is both a privilege and a lovely experience.

  Last night we experienced something truly special — an incredible private dinner prepared by Chef Roberto in our villa, paired with outstanding wines from Sardinia and Tenerife. It was our first time ever having a chef come to cook for us, and we could not have imagined a more perfect introduction to the experience. Chef Roberto arrived several hours before the meal, bringing all of his own supplies, and quietly transformed our kitchen into a professional workspace. He moved with the calm confidence of a master — focused, graceful, and quite literally quiet as a mouse — preparing everything with such care and precision. Over the course of the evening, we were treated to seven or eight exquisite Italian courses, including a beautiful burrata and tomato salad, bright and flavorful lemon chicken, rich and comforting four-cheese gnocchi, and the most wonderful tiramisu, plus so much more. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. What made the evening even more special was Chef Roberto himself — so kind, so thoughtful, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely delightful company. He shared stories about each dish, the preparation, and the exceptional wines he had chosen to pair with the meal. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and truly savored every moment. This was more than a dinner — it was an experience. We could not have asked for a better evening, a better chef, or a better meal. If you ever have the chance to book Chef Roberto, do not hesitate.   We had a delicious meal prepared by Roberto at our villa last week. Ahead of the meal, his communication was great and he was really friendly and accommodating of our requirements (we have 4 young children under 3 so needed specific timings). He arrived on time and very prepared - first he served the children their dinner which they absolutely loved. He then went on to serve us the Grand Land and Sea Feast meal which was outstanding. We are real foodies and the food was really delicious and unique. We especially loved Roberto’s signature dish of Sea bass. We will absolutely be booking Roberto next time we are in a villa in Tenerife. Can’t recommend enough!

  Roberto organised my 40s birthday party at our place. We were 16 people, with different dietary requirements, and he was super accommodating Food was simply outstanding, he came and left the place clean spotless. All in all, I would be thrilled to have him again for any special occasion!!

  An unforgettable culinary experience! We called on Roberto for Christmas Eve dinner, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes were exquisite, prepared with fresh produce and presented with care. Roberto surprised us with unique flavors. In addition to his culinary talent, Roberto is very kind and professional. He turned our evening into an exceptional moment. I highly recommend this home chef for any special occasion. We will not hesitate to call on him again if we return to Tenerife. Merci Roberto

  Excellent meal- great value! Roberta is very easy to communicate with from the start sent many options on what to eat. His cooking skills are amazing - food was top quality and so much of it! Great evening with a really nice man who cleaned up everything. Great value
