  I would 100% recommend Travel Tropical Tours if you want a personalized Costa Rican adventure. Sarah planned the perfect trip and Greivin toured with us the whole time, making sure we got to all of our tours, taking us to great restaurants, and showing us the local sites.   We just got back from a 5 day trip to La Fortuna and Travel Tropical Tours did an amazing job with our entire trip. We have a guide and driver the entire time and the trip they planned could not have been more perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage daughters). We went zip lining, white water rafting, and hiked in Mistico with the hanging bridges. Our guide, Greivin, took us on a boat tour of the Sarapiqui river and we saw monkeys, sloths, iguanas, turtles, bats and more! We also did an amazing cooking/tasting experience, and spent a long afternoon with a Costa Rican family making traditional tortillas, riding in an ox cart, and hiking to a private waterfall for a swim. Greivin and Sarah took care of us from the moment our plane touched down until a were in the air headed home. Sarah was super responsive and planned the perfect mix of adventure, culture and nature. Greivin and our driver Franklin made us so relaxed and we had to think about nothing but having fun when we were there. I highly recommend booking your tour with them!

  The husband and wife team worked out our exact itinerary to La Fortuna and Manuel Antonio. They planned everything from pick up at the airport, Daily, transportation, booking excursions such as sky, adventure, zip lining, Whitewater, rafting, massages, Airbnb’s, local sodas, and so much more. This trip wouldn’t have been the same without their attention to detail and fantastic communication between this husband and wife team. Cannot forget our driver Franklin, who was amazing through the sunshine, the rain and the windy roads of Costa Rica.   We (family of 3) have just returned from our amazing trip to Costa Rica, organised and guided by Travel Tropical Tours. What a fantastic experience! I began planning this trip last year. This was a big deal for us as it’s a long way from our home in the UK. I spent a lot of time researching what we might like to do as a family. I read countless Facebook posts and comments and that is what led me to Travel Tropical Tours.i followed this up by checking trip advisor too! What a blessing that was! I can’t thank Sarah, Greivin and David enough! The whole experience from the first message to Sarah to farewell hugs at the airport has been just perfect! Sarah listened to exactly what I wanted from the experience and put together a wonderful itinerary which Greivin and David seamlessly guided us through. Zero stress! A WhatsApp group was set up with all of the information we would need. Sarah was on hand to answer any questions and offered excellent advice regarding what to pack and what to expect. It was amazing to just be able to arrive at the airport hotel after a 24 hour journey and just relax as Sarah had arranged everything. We were collected from the airport hotel the following morning by David and Greivin in their brand new air conditioned mini van. They were so warm and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. It was a pleasure chatting to them about their beautiful country. David kindly stopped the van so that we could look at Toucans on our journey to the hotel. Both David and Greivin were very accommodating ensuring we stopped for toilet breaks and lunch breaks and made all of our journeys as comfortable as possible. Our main objective was to see lots of wildlife and Costa Rica most definitely delivered! Greivin has an excellent eye and ear and pointed out lots for us to see. He was our personal guide on most of our excursions. His local knowledge and knowledge of the animals, flora and forna is fantastic! All of our activities were fantastic. If I had to pick one the traditional ox cart tour was exceptional. And I would recommend it to everyone!! Would we return to Costa Rica? Yes!! Most definitely! • Perfectly Planned Birthday Trip for My 18 Year Old Daughter

  I can't say enough about Travel Tropical Tours. I knew nothing about planning a trip to Costa Rica. All I knew was that I wanted to take my daughter for her 18th birthday and I did not want to drive on those crazy roads! I reached out to TTT and they immediately responded with a fantastic itinerary that included plenty of adventure and animals (her two requests). The best part was that I didn't have to drive or do anything. They booked all of the hotels, tours and activities for me. We had the same driver the entire time. His name was Jose and he was fabulous (so kind, patient and helpful). He would pick us up at the hotel and drive us to all of our tours (and the occasional trip to get ice cream or fresh fruit!)   On behalf of my family, I would like to thank, you and your team for making our very first, First Cousins Vacation to bond be a success. We were able to make memories that will last a life time, thanks to your team. David and Ronald have great chemistry and have really good work ethic. It was surprising to us to find out that this was their first time working together. They make a great team. They were always on time and always communicated with us. Ronald was filled with knowledge and kept the group engaged. I have spoken to my cousins about our experience while on Costa Rica, from start to finish. Everyone enjoyed out time in Costa Rica. I am so happy that my idea was brought to fusion and your team executed with what seemed like ease. I plan to return and see other parts of the country. It won't be this year, but I most definitely will be in touch when we are ready to embark on another Costa Rican journey. We'd love to work with you all again.

  My wife and I visited Costa Rica for our honeymoon and cannot recommend Travel Tropical Tours enough! Every detail was meticulously planned and executed, making our honeymoon the trip of a lifetime. Our travel planner (Sarah) went above and beyond to craft an itinerary that perfectly matched our interests and desires. She took the time to listen to our preferences, suggesting unique activities that truly made our journey special—everything from intimate sunset dinners to adrenaline-packed adventures in the rainforest, and booked everything for us. The personalized touches were everywhere, from local culinary experiences to hidden gems off the beaten path. Our tour guide (Greivin) was nothing short of exceptional. Knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Costa Rica’s natural beauty, he brought each destination to life with fascinating stories and insights. And our driver, Davíd—always punctual, friendly, and incredibly safe on the winding mountain roads. It was a true luxury to be able to sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery while being chauffeured in comfort with friendly conversation. They even had beers on ice waiting for us upon pickup at the airport, and were available any time to drive us anywhere we wanted to go while not on an excursion! Every moment of our honeymoon felt like it was designed just for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Working with Travel Tropical Tours to plan our family trip to Costa Rica from the USA was a phenomenal, stress free experience. We highly recommend their services! From the initial contact through our stay in Costa Rica to our final farewell, Sarah and Greivin were attentive to our needs. We are a family of five, kids 14 y/o and 12 y/o(s). We reached out via e-mail with our basic travel interests and Sarah’s quick response was an eight day itinerary starting in San Jose to four days exploring in La Fortuna to another four days in Manuel Antonio, complete with lodging and some meals. For my fellow planners, Sarah sent a pre-trip packing list and reached out every night with the plan and details for the next day. They were flexible with our additions to our activities, meals and other desired explorations. Our guide and driver, Greivin & David, welcomed us to Costa Rica with kindness, joy and most importantly, safety. In La Fortuna, we explored exhilarating adventures such as zip lining through Arenal Park and the Hanging Bridges to embracing the calmness of floating along the Sarapiqui River on a boat tour, hiking through the Lava Trail and relaxed in the Baldi Hot Springs. Our stay at The Lost Iguana resort was immaculate, quiet and comforting. Our stay in Manual Antonio at Costa Verde was immersed in the rainforest, monkeys and with an ocean view. We enjoyed a coffee & chocolate tour, a private guided hike through the National Park, a quick dip in the Pacific Ocean, private surf lessons and a boat ride in the Mangroves along the Paquita River. We soaked in all of the Costa Rican culture, sun & rain, nature, animals, delicious cuisine and could not have experienced this forever memorable trip with our family without the attention to detail Travel Tropical Tours offered us. The staff at both hotels were polite, welcoming and respectful. The accommodations were clean and spacious. It was hard to leave the Costa Rican paradise our party of five fell in love with. We will be back and happily use Travel Tropical Tours again. Until we meet again, from our hearts to yours, we hold so much gratitude for your small business kindness.   We would recommend this tour to anyone. Driving in Costa Rica can be challenging so having a driver takes away the stress. Everyone we worked with was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They recommended a variety of tours geared specifically to our interests. The driver, guides and hotels were all outstanding. We could not have selected a better tour. You will not go wrong booking a Costa Rican adventure with Travel Tropical Tours.

  Travel Tropical Tours made visiting and exploring Costa Rica worry free. They personalized a tour for four adults in our 60’s based on our interests and abilities. All the scheduling details were taken care of and all we needed to do was enjoy ourselves. We didn’t worry about parking, driving, or entry fees. We didn’t fuss over where we should eat, or stay. We had our own driver, David who made us feel so comfortable and provided us with a rocking playlist, dining at authentic Costa Rican sodas, and interesting shopping experiences. Greivin, co-owner of the tour company was our knowledgeable guide and interpreter. Sarah, Greivin’s wife kept in touch with us the entire trip and even made arrangements for our airport shuttle after our stay.
