5.00Purchasing the tickets through Viator is just the first step in the process. We arrived at the pier with plenty of time to spare , which was good because we had to present our Viator ticket to the company window to get a paper ticket before we could board the vessel. No biggie, but it would have been nice to know before hand.

5.00Exceptional service from Sealink. Sealink was super helpful when our first booking was cancelled due to bad weather. Sealink quickly rebooked us. The check in process was easy and friendly. And when our bag was mistakenly taken by another passenger, Katrina Green from Sealink went out of her way, after hours, to get our bag back and bring it to us that same night. Outstanding service.

5.00Went to Rottnest island for a day trip with family. The announcer was very good, gave us a heads up when it was choppy on the way over and got us in quickly on the way back without any swell.

5.00Ferry by Sealink to Rottnest island. Ferry service polite and safe. I did find all the different ferry options/times/locations to be very confusing. I think departure and arrival and transit times listed for each would be helpful.
