A wonderful, fulfilling walking tour of Saint John. Pete is an awesome steward of his town with a wealth of knowledge and energetic personality. We really enjoyed our time in Saint John and it was only made better by Pete. We booked this tour because we prefer a small group experience and I believe there was maybe 12 of us on the tour. Pete was prompt and met us exactly where he said he would right at the entrance of Container Village. We definitely would recommend Pete’s tour.

Pete was fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about history. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour. We searched for many, even those that was alot more expensive, but this was worth every penny (and surprisingly very affordable). It was cool encountering locals who yelled “Hey Pete! You guys are with the best!” :) Lasted about 2.5 hours and he’s strategically mapped out the tour to avoid steep hills which our feet were thankful for!

Pete was a fabulous tour guide. His knowledge about the history of Saint John was incredible. He shared great stories and information dating back to the first settlers in the area to more recent events that are happening now. He made the history about the early settlers, local families and businesses come to life. What we appreciated is that Pete spoke clearly and projected his voice very well making it easy for everyone on the tour to hear him. Also, he welcomed and encouraged the group to ask questions. Pete was also kind enough to recommend restaurants for us. Thanks so much for a fabulous tour.
