Petronas Twin Towers

A visit to Kuala Lumpur is not complete until you’ve seen the city from the observation deck of the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s a good idea to book your tickets in advance, particularly in peak season. Choose your preferred date and time slot for the visit and your tickets will be sent to your email. When you arrive at the Twin Towers you’ll be able to enter without delay. Spend a delightful hour taking in views of the Kuala Lumpur area from the observation tower and take a walk along the sky bridge that connects the 2 towers. Paid money and didn’t get my ticket so didn’t get to go. Customer service for company unhelpful and unwilling to issue refund. I will not use trip advisor for events again. Shocking service.

I booked the Petronas towers entry with the hop on hop off bus that is at sunset. We got to see the sky Bridge, which was really cool. The sunset was good but very foggy. The evening tour on the hop on hop off bus was fabulous. All the landmarks are lit up at night. It was totally worth it.

Tickets for Tours Petronas ordered and confirmed several months in advance (10:15am to 11:15pm . Then change of schedule at the last minute (13:15h because more seats for the agreed schedule). A lot of time wasted to clarify the situation. The same day the confirmation sent by email indicated the schedule 10:15h while the tickets were for 13:15h. Finally, arriving early, we were able to make the tour at 12:15pm.

The View is spectacular. Get to appreciate Great architecture. The time given given at each stop between 10-15 minutes can sound Short but it was actually enough.

What an amazing building. We rocked up, expecting to be able to visit and view. Not to be. Nor were we able to book 2 days ahead, (booked out) as we are only in KL for a couple of days. Don't do what we did. Book early to see the masterpiece. Just means we will need to come back again.....more organised.
We've just visited the Petronas Tower 1st July 2025...it was fantastic, very well organised and the view's we're brill.
