5.00Me and my girlfriend went on the James Bond island tour with Ohma as our guide. He was very friendly from the first meeting and made sure we knew everything that was happening throughout our trip and was open to answering any questions we had about anything. We had an amazing day, with great food and great company! This is also our second trip and not our last!

A Memorable Trip Ruined by Theft and Unprofessionalism

1.00While the trip itself was enjoyable, the loss of our Versace sunglasses after the first canoe ride severely impacted our experience. The team initially reassured us by mentioning cameras, but when we repeatedly requested to view the footage, we were told it was no longer available, which made us feel uneasy and suspicious. The staff claimed to have seen the glasses fall off as we exited the canoe and later suggested they must have fallen during the excursion. However, our video clearly shows that the glasses didn’t fall when we exited, though we can't definitively see if they stayed in the canoe. Despite this, the canoe driver dismissed the situation with "I don’t speak English," and the rest of the staff remained silent, offering no solution. Dino, who was overseeing the situation, failed to hold anyone accountable and effectively covered for the driver, offering no explanation or resolution. Given the lack of available footage and the dismissive attitude of the staff, we firmly believe this was theft. The staff's failure to take responsibility, coupled with their refusal to show the promised footage, was deeply disappointing and overshadowed what should have been a memorable experience.
