5.00I’m so amazed that I don’t even know where to start. Everything was wonderful: the way we were treated, the places we saw, and how perfectly everything was organized and explained. I honestly don’t think a better experience is even possible! The snorkeling was another highlight of our day; the guides were exceptional, leading us to the most vibrant spots to ensure we saw the very best the sea had to offer at that moment. We also truly appreciated the early morning option, which allowed us to enjoy a unique and peaceful atmosphere before the crowds arrived. To top it all off, the food provided was absolutely delicious. A huge thank you goes to the entire staff: from the seamless transport to and from our hotel in a very luxurious van, to every single person who played a part in making our experience so special. And a special thanks go to Sara and Wat who did the best job ever—we had so much fun and I felt so good that I didn't want to leave. Thank you so much, best boat crew ever! ❤️ ‘Khop khun khrap’

5.00From the start of the day with the hotel pick up and the beach club to the drop off at the end of the day, this was the most organised and enjoyable trip of our holiday so far. Harry and his crew kept us well informed, fed and watered. The sights were wonderful - the islands, beaches, sunset, fish and monkeys. We loved the snorkelling through the caves, diving off the boat roof and even swam with a shark! The prepared lunch was delicious and the coconut coconut sticky rice was to die for - we couldn’t get enough. Then the banana cake came out - yum! We were anxious about sea-sickness but it wasn’t an issue. Maybe due to the seasickness tablets provided, or just the speed of the boat! Beware the boat toilet… Would definitely recommend this trip if you want to experience the Phi-Phi islands and all of the above.

4.00We booked the phi phi island trip online, we were picked up from the hotel to the office by the marina. The trip was nice and organized. The highlight of the trip was the bamboo island since we were the first to set foot on it early in the morning, we enjoyed the scenery. I just had concerns about the snorkeling spots that they choose. We had 2 snorkeling spots where the first one is by the hill in the shadow with no sunlight the other spot almost 20% of our boat passengers got cuts from the shallow rockets. My other concern was the customer service was good but you can feel how genuine it is and it wasn’t, especially when the guide started talking about certain nationalities by name and how rude they are. That was ya private conversation, it was in the middle of the boat. That is something made me uncomfortable. Anyway it was a good trip but I had better in Phuket.

5.00After doing extensive research about a trip to the Phi Phi islands, we found that Simba has consistent excellent reviews. It was also one of the very few companies departing from Phuket which offered an afternoon/sunset cruise. As we are on holiday, we really didn't like the idea of getting up at the crack of dawn. Booking was very easy via the website, and payment is also very straightforward via Paypal. When I had a question, I got an email back very promptly. We were staying out of the free transfer zone and they organised a very comfortable air conditioned taxi which arrived promptly on time for an extra charge of 500 thb each way which we paid in advance. This was great for us as that means we don't have to wait around for other guests to come along with us and we were brought directly to the Royal Marina. The pickup started at noon, and we had lunch first at a proper restaurant with family style dining (not buffet so no queuing) but the food was fantastic. As there were only 6 of us, we finished lunch early, had a short briefing of the itinerary and departed earlier too. We were provided with good snorkelling equipment. The speedboat was very smart and looked fairly new, it even has a very clean toilet in it! We had fantastic crew on board. Jenny was our main guide and she was fantastic .She made sure we were all safe. She snorkelled with us and showed us where to see all the marine life including the baby sharks! We snorkelled at two beautiful sites and at one point we were the only ones there. After two rounds of snorkelling we had some snacks. The food was beautifully laid out - mostly local fruits, some crisps and a delicious banana cake. Soft drinks, water and beer were also provided. At this time we were cruising around Pi Leh bay which was so beautiful and as it was late afternoon the temperature was perfect and it wasn't too hot. The cruise ended with us watching the sunset over another beer and at that stage it was only a 10 min ride back to the marina. The staff on board were so helpful and ensured that we had a great time. When we arrived at the marina, our taxi drivers were already waiting for us. One thing to note is that there are no beach stops. This was not important to us as we are already staying at a beautiful beach resort and wanted to get on with snorkelling and cruising the beautiful scenery around the islands. Maya beach is also now permanently closed anyway. Overall I have no hesitation to recommend Simba for any tour. More importantly if you don't want to wake up super early while on holiday and want a premium semi private curse with a small group, I would recommend the Sunset cruise to Phi Phi!
