Barry was a wonderful guide and driver! I’d recommend for first time and even repeat visitors. I had to the Seitz as a child, but there’s so much to gain coming back again as an adult.

Chilly day in Philly (20’s!) did not hamper a great tour with Mark. Fun, informative and we covered all the best spots. Stopped a few times for a brief photo op. Highly recommend!

Mark was great. Due to govt shutdown, many standard tourist stops were not available. That turned out better as Mark showed me so many places and neighborhoods that were way more interesting

Excellent experience with guide Mark, who was extremely knowledgable, polite, helpful, friendly, and affable. We had good conversations, including both our backgrounds. The tour was also excellent. I had been coming to Philly periodically for years but never got much beyond Germantown, Fairmount, Center City, and a Southeast Asian corner of South Philly. The tour showed me many new places, including the original South Philly Italian neighborhood, not much changed today. On the way to the final destinations--Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, US Mint, and Benjamin Franklin's grave--I learned so much history and saw beautiful architecture and public art (Philly is full of both). At Franklin's grave. I followed a local tradition of throwing a penny on it ( "A penny saved is a penny earned" was a Franklin saying). I threw my penny on the last day the Mint across the street was making pennies. Overall, very high marks to Mark and tour company. One word of caution, The electric cart is not heated so dress warm for the tour between now and next spring.

This is an awesome way to learn about Philadelphia. Adam did a fantastic job of showing me the most iconic spots in the city; while making the city’s history come alive with his knowledge of Philadelphia’s history. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone new to Philadelphia or if you just want to learn more about the vibrant culture in one of the best cities in the U.S.

Britini was my tour guide. We met at Panera Bread near Reading Terminal Market which was super easy to find. It was my own private tour in the little electric mini cart because the other people that were scheduled had to cancel. It was cold and windy today so I’m happy I scheduled the electric cart…it was enclosed and heated. Britini took me around the city telling stories and details about each stop. There were lots of opportunities to get out and take photos. We went around the city sight seeing, chatting about the city and its history. It was at a leisurely pace and never felt rushed. Britini is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor……a great tour guide. If you are looking for a tour guide reach out and request Britini with WeVenture Philly. Britini….You’re making your grandmother proud.
