Fabulous tour! Small group with non-intrusive feel and relaxed pace. All the great sites in Old City and lots of wonderful history. Very worthwhile, and John shared excellent advice for seeing other sites, too. We loved this tour and followed his advice to enjoy a beautiful weekend in Philly. Thank you, John!!!

Tye was very informative and took time to engage with everyone in the group. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get an overview of some of the key historical sites that they would want to go back to after the tour.

We loved this tour with Joseph. He gave us great historical commentary that was funny and more of the “story behind the story” at so many historical sites in Old City. He als included recommendations for Philadelphia activities and good eats. I would definitely recommend this tour. Our family is two parents with an 11 and a 13 year old. Thank you Joseph!!

Generally, a lackluster experience. The guide was not especially friendly and not inclined towards questions nor generally engaging the group.

A very solid tour. We followed this tour up by revisiting some of the locations at our own pace, and the context our guide provided gave us the context we needed before going solo. He included info beyond what you learn on the plaques and info blurbs, which enriched our experience. He knows his stuff! Can't remember his name, but he had kind of a Mark Wahlberg/Ben Affleck thing going on, which we loved (though he may destroy us for saying that). Thanks!
