This was an absolutely amazing trip from start to finish. Our guide Catherine was an absolute gem and we learnt so much from her. She was so friendly and really had time for everyone and shows us all the best spots.. The coach was not too big and very comfortable and they managed to pick us up just near our hotel in Melbourne which was a bonus. We absolutely loved the time at the koala sanctuary and it was lovely to walk among the boardwalk and see the koalas in their natural habitat. We had Time in cows for dinner and our guide pointed out plenty of options of places to eat eat and made sure she got us there extra early before the other coachloads arrived so we have plenty of time to eat before the hoards descended. But the penguin was obviously the highlight And is something that we will never forget. The VIP tickets were well worth it as we had brilliant viewing and were so much closer than the other platforms. A really special trip and very well organised - highly recommend

Our guide was great. Gave us a bit of a history and geography lesson. He also walked the extra mile to drop us off nearer to where we were staying. Thank you “bald man with flashing siren lights”. Haha

It was a lovely adventure! My host was fantastic. She had as much enthusiasm for the trip as I did and it was my first time! Though some stops I wish I had more time to explore/rest it was still a long adventure so timing still worked. I would suggest bringing a coat for the penguin parade cause those winds were brutal. But saw so many animals that I had hoped to see.

It was well worth the long day, great to have stops along the way. Koala sanctuary was great with the added advantage of the boardwalks among the trees which made viewing the Koalas so much easier. The Penguin viewing is great and it was with paying the extra for the viewing point. Linda our driver and tour organiser was fantastic, giving insights along the way and at the various stops. A big thank you to Linda.
