5.00Penguin parade is not to be missed. Sue was our guide - she took excellent care of us! Very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. She was local and knew all the best spots to go. Highly recommend!

4.00Meal time was not perfect. after 2:30pm, but after the meal time, there was no meal time. I understand that the penguin parade will not start before sunset. but there may be better way to coordinate it. Also the guide tried to explain where to go to watch the show by mentioning to go left or right. He should have prepare the map to explain because no one has ever been at the sight

5.00the penguins are amazing… we loved the winery stop on Phillip Island as well. incredible to watch groups (waddles) come out of the water onto the shore, every night there are 950-1500 penguins who walk to their “homes” We loved our tour guide, Uri (sp?)
Long day but worth it

5.00Arrived in Melbourne from US only one day earlier, with whacked out sleep schedule, so it was a very long day! Highlights were koala sanctuary (asleep but adorable), Nobbies (wallabies galour), and penguin parade (especially walking back to the center after the parade had begun). Highly recommended for those who don't want to rent a car and explore the area on their own.
Do this tour! If you love wine and penguins, and want to relax while you learn from the best this is for you!

5.00This is a long day but well worth it. This tour was everything I hoped it would be and fulfilled my love of animal conservation, wine tasting, cheese, and education about the local history and culture. Mike, our tour guide, was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and took a genuine interest in making sure we had the beat experience possible. He even personally checked to make sure our upgrade from general admission to penguin plus went well and toasted my husband and me on our thirtieth anniversary celebration. Highly recommend this tour. A once in a lifetime experience and amazing crew!! Be sure to purchase the penguin plus or penguin discovery uogrsde in advance.
