The bus tour was interesting and it took in many of the main tourist sites in Phnom Penh. When I visit a new city I always try to take a hop-on hop-off bus to familiarise myself with the area. I took 3 rides altogether - 2 in the morning and 1 at sunset (see below). Fong was an engaging and humerous tour guide. He ensured everyone was included in the chat and his command of many languages was impressive. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would give a 5 star BUT on arrival the bus had not been cleaned from the night before and empty bottles and litter were left on the floor and seats, despite there being at least 3 members of staff in the office. The first route taken did not match the map so it was very confusing. When I asked about the afternoon tour time and pick up as I had planned to take this in order to visit some sights, I was informed that the buses were not running in the afternoon but I could take the sunset cruise free of charge. This was fine and it was a great tour but it was not how I’d planned my day. It would have been very useful if the tour guide had pointed out the actual pick up points along the route, otherwise tourists could waste time and energy looking for bus stops.

We loved the diversity of the city from the top of the bus. Tuk tuks are great but doesn't give that same perspective. Our guide, Hour Chaifong, was enthusiastic, friendly courteous and it was a pleasure to chat with him

I really enjoyed the night tour atop the Angkor Big Bus. My guide was engaging and funny and seemed to speak several languages. The weather was great, which is just luck, but it helped. Check-in was easy and they gave a bottle of water which is always welcome. I only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons: They assign you a seat. I asked to move and was able to, though. And the other is the bus didn't try to slow at all, which may ha e been impossible, or the guide could give more advanced information so we weren't past the site before he was done speaking. Still a good time and fairly priced.

We had an exquisite experience thanks to the extensive explanation of our guide Font during our city tour of Phnom Penh. For dessert, a cruise on the Mekong after nightfall. Nice to see Phnom Penh from the water by night. Highly recommended. Thank you, Font.

We chose the option of bus + cruise. Font, our guide on board was very professional. His clear explanations in perfect English. We had a great time, in the middle of debauchery so in heavy traffic that made this tour of the city very lively. The cruise allows you to appreciate the architecture in a different light.

We also took this bus and sat down downstairs and after 1 hour drive we still had no comment heard explanation about beautiful buildings and stuff. So I spoke to the supervisor about this to this one sat next to the driver and he said sorry for explanation you have to sit outside upstairs. 😉😁😉😅 He couldn't say that at the start of the ride
