We will visit a family local restaurant for 20 years near BotumVatey Pagoda. We will taste noodle which invented since 7th century with green fish paste soup from paste that grinded from spices and sip refreshing sugar cane juice.

5.00Genuinely nice organized Food Tour with Neara. She offered herself and fine dining places that you would never find or go to. Besides, I liked that she does this in her own company and not employed by some big company that only thinks about money. Near really thought about in this program and she answered all our questions, even the difficult ones. Strong recommendation!

5.00Nearly was a fantastic guide with a high degree of local knowledge and information about the different foods we were trying and the sites we visited. She has a great sense of humour and we all enjoyed the experience, despite some reservations about the food due to our personal tastes. All the restaurants made us really welcome and the cold beers on the tuk tuk were very much appreciated. Would recommend this tour and Neara for a real local flavour experience.

5.00We spent a wonderful evening with Neara sampling delicious dishes and seeing a some cultural sights around Phnom Penh. Our evening included a stroll along the waterfront, getting to understand some aspects of Cambodian culture and stops at the Royal Palace and Independence Monument. Come hungry there is a lot of food on offer! Neara did a great job of accommodating a vegetarian and was flexible in the venues we visited: I was with my teenage sons, so instead of pub street we stopped at a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the Russian Market. Neara is knowledgeable about food, Cambodian culture and history and her friendly disposition makes the tour a real pleasure!

5.00We had just arrived in Phnom Penh and this was a great way to see some of the city at night and get our bearings. We went by tuk tuk to 3 different family restaurants via the royal palace, Independence monument, waterfront and more to try traditional foods. We had a sticky rice street snack and ended the evening with the biggest cocktail in a great little bar. All of the restaurants were run by friendly people and full of locals. The food was great, make sure you bring an appetite. We learned a lot about Cambodia from Meara, she is a lovely person and very knowledgeable. The tuk tuk driver was also very nice and supplied us with plenty of water and beer along the way.

Plentiful gorgeous food, a real insight into Cambodias history and culture, plus a great night finished off with an amazing cocktail. 5.00Neara was super friendly and chatty. She is very knowledgeable about Phnom Penh and took us to lots of places to eat that we wouldn’t have known about. Neara has a strong belief in family, and businesses that are run by several generations. She believes strongly in supporting the local community and this really resonated with us. Neara took lots of photos of us that she shared with us, we rarely get us all in a picture so it was nice. The food we tried was a delicious mix of different Cambodian specialties. Even my youngest daughter who is a fussy eater tried a few things. We really enjoyed spending the evening with Neara and would highly recommend.

5.00Nice evening with a lot of different food. Both traditional street food and fusion modern Khmer/Western. Neara is a pleasant guide who is trying to build up his own business. She was born and raised in Phnom Penh. Brilliant to make your first night in Phnom Penh as a crash course in food and a little sightseeing. Neara has the world's sweetest tuk tuk drivers.
