We went on the silk island tour with our tour guide Mr Tin Tin. It was an interesting and enriching experience that we had. We saw a golden temple at the mainland before going on to see some native crops and animals grown at the island, how silk is made and also took a very scenic ferry ride from mainland to the island and back. Will definitely recommend this tour. Thank you Mr Tin Tin for taking us on this informative tour and answering all our questions :)

We had a wonderful tour, getting to experience how life is like on Mekong Island and Silk Island. People at the Silk factory were very kind, friendly and were very willing to offer information. Mon was also very cheerful and willing to patiently explain whatever the group asked him.

I was able to learn about the lives of local people. They serve juice and fruit during breaks. Mr. Lee was a kind guide. The trip was basically a tuk-tuk, so I was able to see the sights without getting tired. I don't think it's a problem if the weather is hot.

Excellent comprehensive tour of silk island. Li was a fantastic guide, he has very kind, had a ton of knowledge to share, and as a bonus, gave us so much information about local foods. I absolutely loved this tour and highly recommend. Bonus, the snacks were fantastic.

From the morning hotel pick up to drop off, this Tuk Tuk trip exceeded all expectations! Sam was so knowledgeable and friendly, giving details and explaining so well Cambodian culture. Buddhism, the agenda for the day and taking us to a local food market. The highlight at the end of our day-the silk-weaving business, was amazing! Seeing firsthand traditional silk weavers made me appreciate how any linen or fabric is woven. The local fruit snacks and Sam’s graciousness to answer any questions regarding the tour was an added bonus. What an opportunity to see how local, more rural Cambodians live outside of Phnom Penh. The ferry rides and Tuk Tuk transport were also really enjoyable. A definite must do, if you have half day in Phnom Penh.

Our guide,Sath, provided great information throughout the trip in very good English. We saw so much in such a short period of time, just as described in the trip overview and got a real feel for Cambodian life in the countryside. The whole trip, from pick up to drop off was in a tuk tuk. We got a great view back over the city as we crossed to the island and lots of stops - some with local snacks - throughout the morning. Would definitely recommend the trip.
