5.00This is my second hot air, balloon ride experience with this company. Our morning started out a little delayed because of wind conditions. However, we were on our way, everything was great. Our pilot was very experienced, did a great job, even providing some humor and laughs along the way. We went up as high as 5000 feet above sea level. The only negative I can think of is that the scenery was not too impressive. It was not very scenic desert with some garbage scattered about. Otherwise, for a great hot air balloon experience, I would definitely recommend this company..

5.00This trip had two things against it from the start - I don’t like early mornings and I am scared of heights. On the drive over I had decided not to go and just watch my husband and teenage son enjoy the ride. When we got to the launch site I was so busy taking pictures that when our pilot, Patrick, said it was time to load up I just did. I didn’t regret it. Patrick is amazing - very knowledgeable, made everyone feel welcome and safe, and I was able to look out and enjoy the ride. I’ve traveled all over the world and hands down, this makes the top five for coolest things I’ve ever experienced. All three of us agreed that we would definitely pay to do it again!

5.00Wonderful experience! Better than I had expected. So serene and calm in the air. Beautiful view of the area like no other. Rainbow Ryders were very well organized and I felt completely safe for the entire ride. When we touched back down I did not even feel the gondola land. Highly recommend!
