We meet at our office and drive out to our launch site from there (which does vary day-to-day depending on the wind directions/speed)

Duration: 4 hours: Flight itself is 45 minutes to an hour. The whole experience is 3 1/2 hours. Post Flight Celebration: Celebratory toast and a light continental breakfast.

3.00The booking process was smooth. Everyone there was nice. It was a bit disappointing getting there at 4am just for them to cancel due to the wind. I cane from Jersey just to experience it. However, I did receive a refund. Nonetheless, still disappointing.

5.00My husband and I did a couples hot air balloon flight with Rainbow Ryders in Phoenix, and it was a fantastic experience. Our pilot and the entire ground crew were amazing—friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The flight length was just right, the landing was smooth, and we felt the experience was well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable adventure!

5.00Our pilot, Kyle, was fantastic. Not only was he incredibly skilled and professional, but he was also absolutely hilarious. He kept everyone laughing and relaxed the entire time, which made the experience even more memorable. You could immediately tell how passionate he is about what he does, and we felt completely comfortable in his hands throughout the flight. A special shoutout as well to Kyle’s brother, Ray, and Chelsea on the ground crew. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to get to know. The entire team created such a positive atmosphere that it felt like spending the morning with friends rather than simply checking off a tourist activity. The views were breathtaking, the flight was smooth, and the entire operation was extremely well organized. If you book with Rainbow Ryders, absolutely request Kyle as your pilot. You will be glad you did. Highly recommend this experience to anyone considering a hot air balloon ride.

5.00Great experience from start to finish. Check in was super easy, was told exactly what to expect each step of the morning. Ride was absolutely perfect and our pilot Kyle not only made everyone comfortable on the drive out to the site but explained safety guidelines, points of interest and facts of about hot air balloons. The entire Rainbow Ryders staff is friendly and professional.
