I had a really good experience with this tour. Everything was organized smoothly from the beginning, and Trà was very kind, professional, and helpful. She welcomed us at the office, explained the schedule clearly, and gave useful advice about the best timing for the trip. What I appreciated most was that she stayed in contact before the tour, checked on us during the trip, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. That level of care made the whole experience feel more comfortable and personal. The caves and scenery were beautiful, and overall the tour was definitely worth the money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vietnam and looking for a well-organized and enjoyable adventure.

The cave itself was great, but we would like to thank our guide, Jassica, once again for helping us make a great experience during the day with a bright smile and rich knowledge.

These two caves are geological wonders! The natural beauty was phenomenal! The boat ride was very peaceful. Lunch was delicious and they accommodated us as vegetarians. Tra was the best guide we’ve had during our six weeks in Vietnam! She is very animated and funny and a wealth of knowledge. We learned a lot about the caves from her and really appreciated learning about Vietnamese language and culture. Her English is easier to understand than a lot of the other guides. We highly recommend this tour!

We had a great time on this tour. Both caves were wonderful. Jessica (Tra) our guide was so sweet and very knowledgeable. It was nice being picked up and dropped off at our hotel also! Would definitely recommend this tour!

Jessica Tra was a wonderful guide from the moment she communicated pick up timing and updates so everyone was picked yp efficiently and on time . Her knowledge of our tour and her ability to communicate and connect with everyone in the group made us all feel like a family from the onset . Wonderful adventure inside the paradise and dong Nha caves with her knowledge of the limestone’s formation and easy no rush directions gave everybody their own time and space to explore as well . Definitely a 5 star + guide and tour to recommend for everyone

I didn't understand the English explanation at all because I didn't understand English, but my guide David translated it in some places and I was very grateful that he cared. But I apologize for the inconvenience. Hong Nyake Bang was a good activity, but the beauty was better in Paradise Cave, (and the fatigue is better in Paradise Cave…) I hope we didn’t have to see two caves on the way to the second one. I thought it was good to experience both because it had different fun and beauty. It was difficult, but David, who always smiled from start to finish, helped me through the experience. Thank you very much.

I love limestone caves (Akiyoshidai Shuho Cave is my favorite) and joined because it is a World Heritage Site David, our guide, explained not only about the caves but also the lives of the boatmen and the people around them, and the stories of the discovery of the caves, which gave us a better understanding. Perhaps because David is from a local area, there were scenes where he felt local love as he was having friendly conversations with local people in various places. The Hong Nha caves, where you enter the caves by boat, start off exciting, like the Caribbean pirates of Real Disney Sea, but inside they were amazing limestone caves. There was a local service that paid me to take photos, but from a Japanese point of view it is very reasonable and I recommend it because you can take many professional photobooks. Paradise Caves (one kilometer course) is a relatively difficult climb up and down to the cave. Once we got into the cave, it was a wonderful view that blew away. In Japan, there are stalactites everywhere that are so large that you can't even get close to them, and of course you can't touch them, but you can get up close and take pictures of them, and they're really amazing. I'm amazing, amazing. I kept calling him that. I think it was also a great memory that David brought an LED light and took a lot of nice pictures. I really recommend it.
