Had such an amazing time. Our guide Tra was super friendly and funny and taught us a lot. Everyone else in the tour was super lovely and the caves were absolutely stunning. Lunch was yummy also. Caves were mind boggling felt like we were on mars. Definitely recommend.

The guide was fun and friendly and kept us informed about about the caves and the village of Phong Nha. The caves were beautiful and breathtaking-taking. A great way to get a quick taste of a couple of Phong Nha’s most impressive caves.

Our guide Tra is amazing. She was informative, kind, and fun. The drive was nice, the car clean and wonderfully air conditioned. I would recommend this tour to everyone, it is that good. If you have trouble with stairs, you may want to choose something else.

Don’t get me wrong. The caves and the boat trip was trip. I recommend them 10 out 10. But If you have ever seen the South Park episode where they go zip-lining, this tour gives the exact same feeling. Boredom and frustration. But how? Because there are multiple different tours on the same bus. Which means - you wait every-where all-the-time. As an example when we were finally ready to head home and the tour guide had left the bus - because he lived at that location. We waited almost 30 minutes for 1 other passenger, that we had to pick up from another trip. So much that 3 guys left the bus because they were afraid of missing their train. The entire trip took 10 hours in total from pick-up to drop-off. Don’t do it.

Today's tour was excellent, the guide Jessica tried her best to make our trip as pleasant as possible. We were also late for the bus by our mistake, and she made sure that the whole group was waiting for us. Definitely recommended if you are in Vietnam and want to use your time with a professional guide.

Nestled in the heart of Quang Binh province, central Vietnam, Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park stands as a crown jewel of natural heritage. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its outstanding geological and ecological values, this vast karst plateau is home to one of the world's most spectacular and ancient limestone regions. The park's true magic lies beneath the surface. It is a kingdom of caves and grottoes, with the majestic Phong Nha Cave serving as its iconic gateway. Visitors embark on a scenic boat ride along the Son River, gliding through emerald waters before entering the cave's colossal mouth. Inside, a surreal world of stunning stalactites and stalagmites, formed over millions of years, unfolds in fantastic shapes illuminated by strategic lighting. Yet, Phong Nha Cave is just the beginning. The park boasts the world's largest caves, including Son Doong Cave, a breathtaking natural wonder with its own jungle, river, and climate system. While exploring Son Doong is an expedition, other accessible marvels like Paradise Cave (Thien Duong) offer awe-inspiring walks through cathedral-like chambers adorned with ethereal formations. Above ground, the adventure continues. The primary tropical forest, one of the most significant in Southeast Asia, shelters rare and endemic species like the Saola and Ha Tinh langur. Trekking, zip-lining, and exploring botanical gardens provide immersive ways to connect with this rich biodiversity. More than just sightseeing, Phong Nha – Ke Bang offers profound experiences. It’s about drifting on a quiet river into a mountain’s heart, standing in colossal caverns that humble the human spirit, and trekking through pristine forests echoing with wildlife. It represents the raw, powerful beauty of Vietnam's natural world, inviting explorers to discover the incredible wonders carved by time and water. In essence, Phong Nha – Ke Bang is not merely a destination; it is an unforgettable journey into the depths of Earth's history and a testament to nature's sublime artistry.

We just finished a perfect day visiting the Paradise cave and Phong Nha cave. Everything is literally breathtaking (the caves, the little walk in the jungle, the boat trip) and our guide, Jessica/Tra, is just fantastic! She explained everything we wanted to know but most importantly she is so friendly and smiley. She really set the mood from the very beginning and the whole group of people was as she said, a family for the day 😍. We would rate the tour 6 stars if we could, thank you so much!
