Tour was awesome. One of the best caves. It feels like different world inside the cave. Must visit place. Tour coordinator Jessica is so professional and took care of everything before hand. And tour guide Victor is exceptionally good who provided in-depth details about the cave and other histories.

Great experience. Incredible cave. Victor our tour guide did very much his best to inform us about the history of the cave and the area. Very good coordination from Jessica. Very nice boat ride.

This cave experience was awesome! We visited the Paradise cave first and were given sufficient time to explore it on our own, at our own pace. It was unreal! Prepare for many, many stairs. After a filling local lunch in the village, we visited the Phong Nha cave by boat with a brief walk inside it. Our guide Victor was great - funny and knowledgeable with lots of experience. Jessica was helpful with key information prior to the day and other local recommendations. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to provide the correct pick up time (we were repeatedly told 8:30 but the bus came at 8:10 so we had to rush eating breakfast) and we were also overwhelmed by the number of WhatsApp messages we received. Overall 5* experience and definitely worth it!
