5.00We had a really great experience on this tour. Everything was well organized, the caves were very impressive and the whole day was smooth and enjoyable. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special thanks to our guide Lily – she was very friendly, helpful and also very funny. Her positive attitude made the tour even better. With her laughter, jokes and care this day was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anybody who wants to visit both caves!!! Lunch and a lot of water included. We love you Lily! 5.00We had the most amazing day with our delightful and knowledgeable guide Jessica. The coach we were picked up in was clean and air conditioned and the driver was really safe. Jessica was super friendly and spent time telling us the history of the caves and what to expect. Paradise cave is like visiting another world. You do need to be semi fit cos lots of stairs and definitely need good footwear. We had a delicious lunch before we headed to the phon Nha caves and that was spectacular. This is a really well organised tour with a great company and totally recommend it.

5.00We thought the caves might be overrated, but they completely exceeded our expectations. Paradise Cave amazed us with its vast chambers and spectacular limestone formations, while Phong Nha Cave felt peaceful and magical as we drifted along the underground river by boat. I was informative and friendly, and the river boat ride was incredibly relaxing.

5.00Caves were amazing, Lily was great, she explained before the caves and at different spots during the visit, she waited for us, took photos, then we had free times on the way back to explore the cave by ourselves. Meal for lunch was ok, not great but it was not the most important thing at all.
