  Really enjoyed this infirmative tour. Learnt a lot about Brugges that you don't learn from guide books. A grea5 tour by a Brugges local. Thoroughly recommend.

• An intimate tour of Bruges

  Ivan was a very knowledgeable guide who showed us parts of Bruges we have not seen before. It was a fairly exhaustive tour and a bit tiring. We learnt a lot. As we were few in number there were a few one to one chats. Some areas were fairly quiet so we managed to avoid a fair number of tourists ! Managed to take quite a few good photos. I will enlarge a couple of them to put on my photo wall. If you want a unique experience of Bruges, Ivan is the guide to use. Bearing in mind all we saw it was good value for money.

  I cant write a review because I was not able to take the tour. We didn't receive a confirmation message from the tour operator and non indication of how early we needed to e tour the tour, I had a delay of 10 minutes, wrote the operator of my request to allow us for that time before the tour started and got no response. When i got to the meeting point the where gone. The worst part is that they said they were there. I took pictures, and send copy of the message sent but they did not agreed to a refund, Even though they claimed the asked participants to be 20 minutes early and i provided evidence that that was not anywhere in the confirmation of the tour. I had far better experiences with other Viator operators in other countries and definitely this is not one of them.

  Sometimes the scenery is the highlight. Bruges is lovely…but For our family, our guide Ivan was the highlight . He was funny, knowledgeable and loves the city where he lives with his wife of 43 years. We learned so much, took some awesome pictures and Ivan took some of us and will email us with a guidebook of the city. Best day ever, thanks Ivan Annette, Steve and Landon from Canada

  Very nice gentleman leading the tour. Very knowledgeable. Gave us information we probably would of never heard otherwise. Loved the story about the swans.
