While our speedboat does have a toilet, it may be cramped if you need to change clothes inside. Therefore, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothing to make it easier to change. We would like to inform you that the motion experienced on our speedboat tour may be intense and could potentially cause motion sickness to some passengers. To alleviate this, we have made seasick pills available for purchase at our marina office upon check-in. It is important to note that while the pills can help, they may not be suitable for everyone and it is recommended that you consult with your doctor prior to taking them if you have any medical concerns. Our priority is the comfort and safety of all our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Fuel & Emergency Policy: All bookings are based on national fuel rates as of March 17, 2026 (Diesel: 29.94 THB/litre | Gasohol 95: 31.05 THB/litre). Due to the ongoing Strait of Hormuz blockade and the resulting national energy crisis, a mandatory Emergency Fuel Surcharge will be implemented if domestic fuel prices at the pump exceed these base rates by 10% or more on the date of travel. This surcharge is calculated based on speedboat fuel consumption and is payable in cash prior to check-in at the pier. Because these tours are high-speed operations with fixed fuel requirements, no lower-cost boat alternatives are available. In the event of a fuel price spike, customers will be notified of the surcharge amount as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Email. Customers may choose to pay the additional surcharge to maintain their booking or receive a 100% refund of their deposit. Sudden global supply disruptions and government-mandated fuel hikes are considered Force Majeure events; no liability is accepted for cancellations or itinerary changes resulting from these external economic shocks.
