My trullo is located in a dominant position in the middle of a small valley, in an area characterized by the presence of typical rural buildings, trulli, farms and cummerse. We will immerse ourselves in nature in direct contact with the old Susumaniello grape plants, discovering the history of this ancient variety. You will choose where to live this experience, between one of the stone terraces or in the shade of one of the majestic trees in my garden. You will pick up your basket, with the excellent local wine and many gastronomic delicacies of my area, tasting in total relaxation taralli, focaccia, homemade bread, dairy products and fresh cheeses, traditional cold cuts and other specialties that I will prepare just for you. It will be wonderful to share these hours with you, and make your trip to Puglia even more special.

What To Expect
Welcome to the vineyard of my ancient trullo! After hearing the history of this magical place used for wine production since the 17th century, we will take a walk in the vineyard and garden to admire these ancient plants of Susumaniello grapes, ancient local grape variety and the suggestive beauty of the landscape that surrounds it, among trulli and majestic centuries-old trees. I will provide you with a basket full of local gastronomic delicacies and together we will decide which wine to pair. I selected for this experience small local producers, favoring the uniqueness of their wines over those usually on the market. I have personally chosen the best zero-kilometer and sustainably farmed gastronomic products to provide you with the most authentic flavors that my land can offer. You can choose one of the stations in the garden to taste in peace and relaxation the products that I will provide. It will be an experience that will positively mark your holiday, for the suggestive landscapes, the wonderful sunset and the warmth that only a passionate host can give you. I can't wait to meet you to share with you the best memories of this holiday in Puglia.

5.00We arrived to a breathtaking small vineyard with an old Trullo, a conical stone hut preserved as it once was. The grounds were beautifully set up with Apulia lanterns hung throughout the ancient olive trees above the comfy seating areas. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable immediately.The food and wine was specially curated just for us! Everything was just simply magical! Highly recommend this experience if you’re in the Puglia region. We certainly will return in the future! Thank you from the bottom of hearts for a wonderfully executed and lovely evening! The trullo overlooking everything is also one of those unique elements of this area. Fabrizio and Antonio have created something special here. ♥️♥️

5.00We went there for an aperitif a couple of days ago. The place looks like a dream, in the middle of countryside but very close to the city, the hosts welcoming us with a big smile, they explained us the history of trulli and his vineyard. You can tell how proud they are of their place 🥰. We choose a seat and we had an aperitif. Local products from local producers, cheeses, salami and wine. Everything was delicious, we love any single moment spent there. Don't miss this experience

5.00I spent an unforgettable evening in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, trulli, and the golden light of sunset. The whole experience felt like a dream: we sat under a big walnut tree, on rustic pallet benches with soft cushions, sipping local wine and chatting as the lanterns lit up around us. Everything we had was homemade and delicious: taralli, olives, and the best cold pasta I’ve ever tasted with cherry tomatoes, fresh cheese, and basil. The setting was magical! An experience we’ll never forget!!
