My trullo is located in a dominant position in the middle of a small valley, in an area characterized by the presence of typical rural buildings, trulli, farms and cummerse. We will immerse ourselves in nature in direct contact with the old Susumaniello grape plants, discovering the history of this ancient variety. You will choose where to live this experience, between one of the stone terraces or in the shade of one of the majestic trees in my garden. You will pick up your basket, with the excellent local wine and many gastronomic delicacies of my area, tasting in total relaxation taralli, focaccia, homemade bread, dairy products and fresh cheeses, traditional cold cuts and other specialties that I will prepare just for you. It will be wonderful to share these hours with you, and make your trip to Puglia even more special.

What To Expect

Welcome to the vineyard of my ancient trullo! After hearing the history of this magical place used for wine production since the 17th century, we will take a walk in the vineyard and garden to admire these ancient plants of Susumaniello grapes, ancient local grape variety and the suggestive beauty of the landscape that surrounds it, among trulli and majestic centuries-old trees. I will provide you with a basket full of local gastronomic delicacies and together we will decide which wine to pair. I selected for this experience small local producers, favoring the uniqueness of their wines over those usually on the market. I have personally chosen the best zero-kilometer and sustainably farmed gastronomic products to provide you with the most authentic flavors that my land can offer. You can choose one of the stations in the garden to taste in peace and relaxation the products that I will provide. It will be an experience that will positively mark your holiday, for the suggestive landscapes, the wonderful sunset and the warmth that only a passionate host can give you. I can't wait to meet you to share with you the best memories of this holiday in Puglia.

I spent an unforgettable evening in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, trulli, and the golden light of sunset. The whole experience felt like a dream: we sat under a big walnut tree, on rustic pallet benches with soft cushions, sipping local wine and chatting as the lanterns lit up around us. Everything we had was homemade and delicious: taralli, olives, and the best cold pasta I’ve ever tasted with cherry tomatoes, fresh cheese, and basil. The setting was magical! An experience we’ll never forget!!

A magical experience! Having an aperitif in the trullo vineyard was really impressive: authentic and super relaxing atmosphere, breathtaking views and local products of excellent quality. Fresh wine, delicious snacks and the timeless beauty of the trulli make everything special. Highly recommended for those looking for a moment of relaxation immersed in the Apulian tradition.

We had heard from acquaintances about this experience. Aperitif in the vineyard. And a few days ago we decided to try it. Already the arrival, almost at sunset, an experience. Exceptional landscape and spaces cared for with taste and attention. Very familiar welcome and after a visit to the carefully recovered building, they accompanied us to the table under a walnut tree and right in front of the sunset. A good glass of wine accompanied by local products kept us company even after the sun had greeted us. Fabrizio, Antonio and the two partners were a discreet but helpful presence to make us feel relaxed and spend a pleasant evening. For those who are in those parts I highly recommend trying the aperitif in the vineyard.

My partner, some friends, a fresh and drinkable rosé wine, a huge walnut tree, a lush green vineyard, a small slope with a white trullo on top, a fiery sunset. Add a fantastic capocollo, cheeses and other delicacies, served with grace and kindness by people who welcome you with a smile and you get the perfect taste of Life in Puglia

We discovered this farm almost by accident, but it was a beautiful surprise. The setting is lovely: surrounded by greenery, away from the chaos, ideal for unwinding. The staff is friendly and genuine, like the food they serve, carefully selected local products. An experience that leaves its mark, especially for those who love good food and rural atmosphere.
