Tour with an experienced wine guide to the famous cellar doors of Marlborough on this approx. 5-hour shore excursion from Picton to Blenheim. Compare the aromas of Marlborough's finest wines and taste the passion that goes into every bottle. You will visit four to five wineries ranging from the internationally famous to boutique, family-run wineries. One stop will be at a vineyard restaurant for lunch (at own cost) as well as a wine tasting. Finish the day with a nibble of hand made gourmet chocolates at a chocolate factory.

5.0An absolutely wonderful day! Marsley picked us up at the Picton Isite which is where the cruise ship shuttle buses dropped us off. So very easy. The tour group is small, no more than 10 people. The van is comfortable and clean. Marsley gave us a clear plan for the day and off we went. It is about 35 minutes to the first Winery. We visited 4 Wineries with tastings at Spy Valley Winery, Framingham and Jackson. They were all beautiful and the wines very good. We had sufficient time at each to enjoy the tastings and the winery grounds. The fourth winery we visited, Allan Scott, was where we had a wonderful lunch! It is not included in the Tour price but so well worth it! The food was wonderful, the wine was very good and the service was excellent. Our final stop was at Makana Confectionary where we took the opportunity to buy some delicious chocolate. I highly, highly recommend this tour!

5.0Lisa our driver cum guide was absolutely smashing! For cruise ship passengers this is a very convenient and intimate small group activity whereby you can enjoy the splendid wine countryside. Enjoy some fine wines while learning about their history and enjoying some hand made chocolates to sum it all up. Costs less than half of what you may otherwise pay!

5.0Had a wonderful time on our tour. We visited four separate tasting rooms/ vineyards. Giving us a sampling of wines made in the region. A must tour when visiting Marlborough.
