When the visit of the Baptistery won't be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.

Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half thighs must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. For the customers arriving by cruise ship, pay attention to how far the harbour is from the meeting point.

Tower tickets timing: English and Spanish at 12.00 or 12.15, German at 14.30.

Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The tour guide was really good. She mixed facts with humor and kept it engaging. She also answered questions very patiently. I also found it easy to get in touch with her and the organizer for queries. The monuments were also just so beautiful and I got lucky with a nice, sunny day. Would definitely recommend.

The pick up point is 22K from Livorno. We, not knowing where we were going, did not understand that. When we finally reached the tour guide by phone, at 10:00 am, we were too late - the tour started at 10:00! However, we were told that if we could get to Pisa by 11:30, our tickets would still be good. We were at the arch in the gate by 11:15 in Pisa & there was no one there from Viator to meet us with the tickets. Therefore, even though there, we did not get to do our tour!!!

Amazing tour! Anastasia was very knowledgeable and friendly with the tourists. The tour was the perfect amount of time where we weren't dragging or feeling rushed. Must buy WITH the tower - it was amazing climbing to the top! Perfect day.

Ladies will probably have to check their bags in a public locker before entering the tower. Our tour guide had a great sense of organization and timing. And she was enthusiastic and entertaining as well.
