When the visit of the Baptistery won't be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.

Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. For the customers arriving by cruise ship, pay attention to how far the harbour is from the meeting point.

Tower tickets timing: English 12.00 or 12.15, German 14.30.

Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

Learned a lot about the city. Guide was extremely kind. We got held up trying to get to the location and the guild helped us out instead of just leaving us. Going the extra mile deserves my 5-star rating. Great tour.

It is an exceptional piece of history from Denis ( I believe that was him from Spain but living in Italy for many years) a great history lesson about Pisa

Bring water! This is a walking tour and could be a hot walk. Vltge tour is very informative and gives you a good amount of time to take pictures and hear how all of the structures were built. We loved our tour guide!

Worthwhile tour and good to be able to fit it all in with a knowledgeable guide. We added the additional climb up the tower which was well worth doing except please note that very strict and inflexible time slots are given for this. We were reasonably lucky that ours was straight after the tour. However, the info says that the whole experience is 1.5-2hrs. Our tour with the guide was just over 2hrs and then we had to wait for our time slot. It takes about 1/2hr to go up and down the rower. We were on a time scale for our next trip so it’s something to be wary of. Although we managed to fit it in, some people didn’t as they had a later slot and it clashed with something else they were doing. Also, to note is that all bags including small handbags must be left in a locker and there was also a very strict rule re covering shoulders. None of this affected us but again something to be aware of. The guide was knowledgeable and we learnt a lot but we got the impression she was ‘just doing her job’ rather than actually enthusiastic or enjoying it and the person who came round with her holding the flag looked bored and didn’t crack a smile! None of that though would put me off recommending the tour as it was worthwhile and a good way to see everything.

Worth every penny. Make sure to be prepared to sweat though, the climb is intense! Jada was fantastic and did a great job explaining the history.
