This was a very well planned trip. Great communication from the staff of the trip with messages being sent through WhatsApp on suggestions of activities at the various locations and google map links of meeting points and activities locations. Very solid communication and planning from our guide Roberto and Ezgi. It is a very long day but the trip is worth it. The wine tasting and lunch were amazing and I highly recommend booking this option as opposed to not booking it. You can still order lunch ala carte but the tasting alone is worth the price. My only criticism is that because of the nature of the trip some places are very rushed. It would have been nice to have more time in places like San Gimignano, but I understand why it would be hard to add time as something would either have to be cut or the day would have to be longer. It also would be nice to have a guided tour of San gimignano and Pisa if possible just to get more of a history of the two places. Overall well worth the investment.

A very well designed mix of experiences, with the perfect duration. For a more than reasonable fee wi visited Siena and Pisa, enjoying a delicious wine tasting experience with the lunch and having the best gelato in years at San Gimignano. Bus hops were not too long and Constantino made them very enjoyable, both fun snd instructive

The team was great, the planning was amazing and managed very well. The staff Boris, Ezge and Roberto were really helpful and amazing. Roberto was very informative and impressive in leading the tour and even recommending the best locations in every stop we went to in Sienna, Pisa, and the other tuscany villages. Very much recommended

Our experience visiting San Gimignano, Pisa, and Siena was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our instructor, Costantino. We are from Mexico, and from the very beginning he made us feel welcome and comfortable. Costantino is incredibly kind, flexible, and fun to be around. He adapted the tour to our pace and interests, making sure we enjoyed every moment without feeling rushed. His knowledge and passion for the places we visited really stood out, and he shared everything in such an engaging and entertaining way. What we appreciated the most was his commitment to giving us the best possible experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we had a memorable day. We highly recommend this tour, especially with Costantino. It truly made our trip special and one of the highlights of our time in Italy.

We have been on tours in various countries and regions over the years, but this may have been the best one we have ever taken. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to spend a day in four amazing locations. Starting with our guides: Constantine and Alex were fun, the tour was well constructed and we learned a ton along the way. They were funny, knowledgable, and passionate about Tuscan history and sharing this with us. Our driver, whose name I regretfully have forgotten, kept us safe throughout - navigating country roads and expressways in a massive luxury bus with ease. We started the tour at about 7:30a at the local bus station. There are multiple buses that go out at the same time to various locations (Cinque Terre, etc.). You will be given a sticker (green, red, etc.) corresponding to your tour group. We were in the Green group and boarded the bus at about 7:45-7:50. There is a lot of commotion at the stop so be prepared for this. Constantine explained the day, how we would operate in each city, and how the group would move together until free time. Our first stop was Siena - about a 50 minute drive from Florence. After a 1km walk from the bus stop to a local square, we were met by a lovely and knowledgable tour guide who took us around the city on a 30-minute walking tour - she was knowledgable and deeply passionate about the beauty of the city, highlighting landmarks such as the Duomo and the Piazza del Campo. We had plenty of free time in Siena as well to stroll the streets and also visit a lovely open air pop-up market. We were then taken to a lovely vineyard for lunch and a wine tasting. The owner of the vineyard met us at the bus and shared the history and beauty of the vineyard. Lunch and the 4 wines we tasted were excellent - do not skip on the balsamic vinegar - it is life changing. Next we visited San Gimigiano, where there is quite a bit of uphill walking, but the payoff is a gorgeous medieval city. After a brief explanation from our guides about the city and the landmarks within, our family ate gelato in the beautiful square and strolled the streets. We had about an hour here - I will warn you that the shops are very expensive compared to other places, but some of the leather pieces were extremely high quality so you get what you pay for! The real magic is just outside the city walls where you get incredible views of the Tuscan countryside. Finally, we had a 90 minute drive to Pisa - perfect for a nap. When reaching Pisa, you will be asked if you want to walk to the main square, or if you want to take a toy train. Our children were tired, so we paid the fare for the toy train (I think it was 6 Euros per adult) which saved us about a 15 minute walk. Pisa is 100% free time - we spent about an hour in the square with the famous Leaning Tower and the beautiful Duomo. The meeting point for the train is a small restaurant with excellent coffee, and you'll be tired enough that a coffee is needed. We reached Florence at about 8:15p. The guide pointed us to the train station for taxis - this is another ~15 minute walk, so be prepared for this. A few notes on the whole experience: I would recommend being prepared for a lot of walking - at least 10km throughout the day. In the three cities, the bus stop is relatively far away, and with the exception of Pisa, you absolutely will have to walk. If you have small children or folks who have difficulty with walking, you will want to plan accordingly (comfortable shoes are a must), and plan to have a little cash so you can take the train in Pisa. There are (free) toilets at each stop - the guides will point them out. Be sure to use them as they are clean and there are no stops in between locations and no toilet on the bus. They will ask you if you want the vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal for lunch on the route to Siena. We did the vegetarian meal, which was a lovely pasta dish. We heard from others at our table that the meat dish was quite good as well. There is only one location where headphones are necessary - Siena. This is for convenience during the walking tour - honestly, our guide was loud enough (in a good way!) that we could hear her without the headphones! Unlike other tours, you will not spend the day with headphones in your ears! Our tour did include a few French speakers - Constantine spoke fluent French, so he alternated between English and French, giving the same exact information between both languages, so no one felt excluded. The French speakers were highly grateful for this and it built a nice sense of camaraderie amongst the tour group. Finally, be sure to be back on time - we did "lose" three folks in Siena (our guide gave them about 10 minutes grace but they did not make it to the meeting point or the bus) - but they caught up to us at the vineyard. 10/10 recommend taking this tour!
