Take a guided tour of beautiful Siena, famous for its bareback horse race and the Gothic Siena Cathedral, and taste typical Tuscan food and wine during a 3-course lunch in a local winery or restaurant surrounded by picture-postcard Tuscan landscapes, where vineyards, rolling hills and olive groves will be your travel companions. Then, enjoy free time to explore San Gimignano, a picturesque medieval village, and Pisa, home to the UNESCO-listed Leaning Tower of Pisa.

What To Expect
Florence
There is no time to waste when exploring the Tuscan countryside! Meet your tour guide at Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal early in the morning. Piazzale Montelungo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station. Hop on the comfortable coach bus, choose your seat, and relax before departing on your journey! The drive to Siena will take about one hour. During the journey, your guide will entertain you with plenty of interesting information about Tuscany, and specifically - Siena! If you have any questions, your guide will be there to assist you.
Siena
When you arrive in the medieval gem of Siena, your guide will lead you through the picturesque streets until you reach the main piazza of the city - Piazza del Campo. Here, a professional city guide will meet the group to begin your walking tour. For about an hour, the guide will share fascinating facts about this incredible city (which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and you will visit some of the most famous points of interest. The end of the walking tour will lead you to the Siena Cathedral, where you can enter to see the breathtaking decorations and unique architecture. Please note that the "Semi independent option" does not include the guided tour in Siena. Clients that have chosen this option will have free time in Siena instead.

5.00Our tour guides on the bus were very informative and helpful. In Siena we had an excellent guide, a passionate local who gave us so much info on the history and customs of the area. Lunch was excellent, we enjoyed some good food and a selection of fine wines at the winery. Pisa was more impressive than I expected, and so was San Gimignano. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day!

5.00Tour guides Jacob and Julia were great. We chose the semi independent option. Great communication from Guides on meeting points. While we knew tour would be 12 hours I probably would have maybe looked at option without Pisa (was long drive to get there, very crowded and lots of pushy vendors.

4.00Overall, I say was a great trip. I just wish we had a little bit more time for shopping. It did seem rushed once we got there. Be prepared to walk. It’s a lot of hills, especially in two of the stops. Once you get to Pizza, you have an option of taking a shuttle to the destination. Do it it’s worth it. You need six euros cash only per person.
