This trip was very long, the bus was hot. Most of the tour was spent in the bus and we had very short times at the destinations and that was disappointing. However our 2 guides were good and very pleasant and the lunch was nice but very rushe

It was my family’s and my husband’s first time in Italy and we decided to book a full day tour around Tuscany. Roberto and Lorenzo were such a good team to handle our tour group. It was such a smooth ride, all thanks to Lorenzo. Roberto was an excellent tour guide as well. He gave us so many tips and information about each of the places we went to (Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa). The day was maximized and my entire family had so much fun. It really was one for the books. Thank you so much to Roberto and Lorenzo for giving us such a great experience going around Tuscany!

The tour guides and operators were great, but visiting three towns and a wine tasting lunch means you're on very tight schedule and only get to see the very minimum - and mostly from outside only. This is a check-it-off-your-list tour.

Roberto and Raul were great and we really enjoyed every minute of our tour. Lunch was delicious and all of the stops were both beautiful and unique. Unfortunately it rained heavily during most of our tour so it was hard to focus during our guided tour of Siena but it was still very enjoyable. I only wish we could have spent more time in Pisa - we would have had plenty of time to climb the tower and make it back in time, but we didn't want to rush it so opted not to climb it. It was a very comfortable bus and great way to see many sites we would've otherwise missed out on. We would highly recommend!

There was a lot to see, and the bus transport (two story) was very nice! Unfortunately it was very rainy, but Siena was such an interesting place. San Gimignano had a few interesting things to see. The winery tour felt a lot like an informational meeting (TED TALK) with not enough wine, but the food was yummy and the winery was GORGEOUS!!! Pisa was very interesting. So much we would’ve liked to do but not enough time. By time we got there we had one hour…you couldn’t go up the bell tower or even walk the city wall. We had enough time for pictures and a bathroom break. There WAS a lot to see and it was a wonderful mix. However, there were ways to improve. 1. It should have been told that it was both a Spanish and English guided tour. There was no time to ask our guide any questions and listening to instructions and history twice got a little tiresome. 2. It was hard to hear our tour guide at the beginning. We were a very big group and if you weren’t up front, you could not hear. 3. We should have been informed BEFORE the beginning of the tour to bring cash (small coins for toilets and 6 euros for the trenino). Maybe include the trenino in the price. 4. More time in Pisa! We would have loved to explore the Bapistry , Cathedral, Bell Tower and city wall! 5. The bus had no A/C running until the very end. We were bundled nicely and would have loved some air. 6. The bus smelled very Smokey each time we got on. 7. Lastly, you might want to communicate possible motion sickness on the windy small roads. I was glad I had my ginger chews to help. It was amazing to see these fabulous places. For many of us, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Thank you for helping to make this happen!

Great tour overall. It was so nice to experience the rolling Tuscan hills and get to see the vineyards and olive groves throughout. We saw beautiful towns and the leaning tower of Pisa. My only complaint is that it felt rushed. I felt like we could have skipped Sienna and potentially had more time at the other stops. It was a little confusing when we were in Sienna as we had no idea where we were and then told to meet back in a square in a place we’ve never been. It didn’t feel like there was much to see in Sienna. Lunch was wonderful and the winery was absolutely breathtaking. Ricardo was knowledgeable and kept us all on time. San Gimignano was such a neat town. It’s like you stepped back in time and absolutely amazing views of the Tuscan hills. Pisa and the square were really neat. The cathedral was beautiful .

The price was very good, and the tour guides were very delightful. Lucia was very knowledgeable about the history of Tuscany and answered all my questions very well. However, the tour felt rushed in the places that weren’t Siena — meaning the locations where they don’t sell additional package options. I understand that some of these places were smaller, like Montepulciano, but they still have museums and historical areas that deserve to be explored. Yet, we were given only 30 to 40 minutes in town with the excuse that it was “just a small castle.” Well, it may be a small castle, but it has a rich medieval history that I couldn’t fully experience in less than 40 minutes, especially since the bus arrived a little late and we ended up with barely over half an hour. The wine tasting is… a tasting. You get small samples of different wines in a modern local facility. It doesn’t really have the atmosphere of a vineyard, if that’s what you are expecting. Overall, the tour is good if you don’t drive. You get to visit places that would be much more expensive to reach by bus or train. But, honestly, you’ll mostly get some nice pictures and a bit of historical background. You won’t truly experience the richness and culture of these places. It’s a great option for the typical tourist, but for people looking for a more immersive experience, this may not be the best choice.
