This master class offers creative entertainment and the opportunity to be together – for family, friends, team – making pizza together will be an event with added value for everyone! In the pizza master class we will make pizza dough balls. We will divide them by weight, shape them, and let them rise. Then you will take ready-made, leavened pizza balls and like great masters, you will create your own pizza base and add ingredients according to your own wishes. Each participant will have the opportunity to bake one pizza with a diameter of 25 cm. During baking, the master class leader will educate you about the history of pizza shop “Makss un Morics”. It takes approximately one hour to make a pizza, while private dining room will be available for three hours. The hall has up to 26 adult seats at three tables (the number can be increased if necessary) and a children's table with four seats.
