What To Expect
Pompeii
At arrival in Pompeii your Skip-the-Line tickets to the ancient site will be much appreciated as you breeze past the long lines and enter into this time capsule of the ancient Roman world. Costiera Amalfitana
After some free time for a few last pictures of Pompeii and lunch (at own expense) the tour will continue further south along the picturesque seaside roads of the Amalfi Coast where the Dolce Vita was born. Here your breath will be taken away by the spectacular coastlines as the mountains cascade into the sea and romantic villages climb up the mountains like grapevines.

5.00Pompeii and Positano were great! Sonia has a ton of knowledge and even helped us understand the money a little better. The rest stop along the way, twice at same stop, was a little annoying the second time when you want to get home, very much tourist trap. Long day for sure but great stops!

5.00My family and I had a great time. The experience was well worth it. Sabina who ran the tour was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job keeping the tour efficient and fun. Francesco the driver was also great, and we felt very safe and secure with his driving. Jean Carla, our tour guide in Pompeii, also did a fantastic job. They were all very polite and informative. Would definitely recommend the experience.

4.00Our tour guide Barbara was awesome - knowledgeable and great sense of humor. Bus driver Daniel incredible, a lot of twist and turns I don’t know how he does it. The scenery during drive on coast beautiful. Very hot - dress cool and wear comfortable shoes. A lot of walking not good for those who can’t keep up. Positano was beautiful bring bathing suit - beach was beautiful. Sea glass plenty. Shopping expensive. Wish we had more time there. So much to see in Pompeii, a lot of walking on uneven stones. Our tour guide Giovanni was a little hard to understand but very knowledgeable. Pizza was good. Bathroom stops were good able to get snacks & drinks.
A must do while in Rome- the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Positano!

5.00We were a large group of 10 people of varying ages- including several teenagers- so keeping this group on task can be quite a challenge. This is a great way to travel and learn about the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Positano! Our guide Sonia and bus driver Antonio were simply fantastico!!! For a long day- Sonia’s historical and current day information were filled with just the right touch of Italy and Mama Mia’s! While Antonio our bus driver made us feel safe and we were able to relax and enjoy the spectacular postcard views traveling the winding roads overlooking cliffs. Sonia gave us phenomenal recommendations only a local could provide and even assisted in locating a lost hat left in Positano! Definitely pack sunblock. You will not be disappointed!

4.00This trip is worthwhile, just be prepared for a long day. Meeting at 0715 and arriving back around 2100. You don't get a long time at each place, but you get a flavour and the views of Mount Vesuvius, the beauty of the Almafi Coast and the history of Pompei is worth it. Our guide Barbara was very knowledgeable and encouraged interactivity with the history questions instead of talking at you all the time. Antonio was our driver, he was nice but I would have preferred if he didn't spend more than half of the journey talking on his mobile. The coach was full and he should really concentrate on the driving his passengers safely.
