Luggage is not permitted on the coach. Please note that luggage storage is not available.
Please be advised that this tour requires an important amount of walking and we cannot recommend to people with mobility impairments to take part in this tour.

What To Expect
Pompeii
At arrival in Pompeii your Skip-the-Line tickets to the ancient site will be much appreciated as you breeze past the long lines and enter into this time capsule of the ancient Roman world. Here you will meet your local, expert, English speaking guide who knows all the hidden corners and interesting tales that are waiting to be discovered inside. Visit the marvelously preserved ancient villas, public baths, restaurants, theatres, and maybe even a brothel, of the ancient world as the past comes to life through the insights and stories of your enthusiastic guide.
Costiera Amalfitana
After some free time for a few last pictures of Pompeii and lunch (at own expense) the tour will continue further south along the picturesque seaside roads of the Amalfi Coast where the Dolce Vita was born. Here your breath will be taken away by the spectacular coastlines as the mountains cascade into the sea and romantic villages climb up the mountains like grapevines.

5.00Our guide Flavio and our driver Francesco were amazing! They did a wonderful job keeping us engaged and gave us very helpful tips on navigating Rome and spots to visit. Our ride was very smooth and I loved the stops. It was very nice that they had a dinner option lined up for those who wanted it so we didn’t have to worry about finding food after the trip. The communication of meeting places and times was very good. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

5.00People complain that it's a long day but that's known when booking this excursion. It's a 13-14 hour day, which is expected since we are going to Positano and Pompei. I wouldn't spend more than a day in Positano so this was a great way for us to see it. Our guide Michaela was wonderful and kind, also very knowledgeable. Bring snacks but there is time to get lunch in Positano if going to the beach isn't your main focus. We ate at Posides and it was AMAZING. One of the best meals on our 2 week Italy trip. Small, local restaurant ran by 2 brothers cooking up fresh, healthy, whole food meals. Amazing! Each stop wasn't too long/short and had enough breaks so it wasn't uncomfortable but also didn't drag on.

5.00Flavio Nieddu did a great job of keeping the bus ride fun with interesting historical facts and quick stories as well as advice on things to do on stops. Ran into an issue with tickets that reduced our time at Pompeii but was handled relatively quickly. We had a great time overall.

5.00This was an amazing day from start to finish. Flavio is attentive, informative and polite. He’s a great representation of his hometown of Rome. Along with Francisco our wonderful driver, they make a great team. Nick, at the Ruins of Pompeii did his best to help us understand both the story of Pompeii and of the way of life at the time of the eruption. He did a great job. I can highly recommend these people and wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour.

1.00I have never given any tour a one star but would give this zero stars if I could. We chose the private option and paid dearly for it (approx $3000 for 4 people)! The description said we’d have a guide and the duration would be approx 13 hours. We chose the private option figuring it’d be a personalized tour and we could develop a connection with our guide since it was a long day. We’ve done similar tours in other places and it’s always memorable. Well this one had no guide, just a driver. The only guide is in Pompeii - so the many hours in the car were very quiet. No interaction, history, stories or anything. It was honestly awkward. Had we known this, we would have rented a car or even taken uber for a fraction of the price. The company’s description is misleading (saying there’s a “guide” in their itinerary - no place does it say there’s only a driver). When expressing our disappointment they never took any responsibility for this or try to make amends. Beware that this company intentionally oversells their tours. I saw their name throughout my visit in Rome with big groups and impersonal guides. It’s obvious it’s all about money and churning customers. Choose another company and do not give them your business. There are many other GOOD tours / companies available.

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Antonino and Roma. Antonino couldn’t have been a better guide, incredibly caring and gave us lots of information about everything we saw and Roma was a very careful driver, which is not always easy in Italy! Couldn’t recommend them more!
