A great full day excursion of the ancient archaeological site of Pompeii and suggestive Naples, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. travel aboard a comfortable air-conditioned minivan with a maximum of 6/7 people and an assistant for the entire trip. Before arriving in Pompeii, one break along the freeway for a mid-morning breakfast or snack.
First stop will be at the Pompeii archeological site where your professional guide it will show the highlights of this intact ancient Roman city. You will visit the main areas of Pompeii, like the Macellum (food market), the Thermal Baths, the areas where the Romans would gather to have dinner and wine as well as the homes of wealthy citizens, where you will learn about their customs and traditions.
Lunch in a typical Neapolitan pizza restaurant and then visit of the wonderful Bay of Naples, where you can admire the beautiful gulf, backdrop to one of the most beautiful images to be seen. Taste a good typical Neapolitan coffee and then back to Rome.

5.00Marie and Giuseppe were amazing. On time to pick us up and even gave us options for lunch, which we left up to the kids. As we were driving to Pompeii, Marie spoke with us the entire way to give us history of Italy, the areas we were travelling through and even her own family memories. Coming from Sicilian parents myself, and my wife being of Portuguese decent, we could relate. When arriving in Pompeii, Francesco took us around and he provided us with so much information about the site. A little secret, his mother was an archeologist on site for many years, so he is very well informed. Francesco was passionate and made sure to take pictures of us and that the kids were having fun. After leaving the ruins of Pompeii, we went to Naples for lunch where we enjoyed true Neapolitan style of pizza. Absolutely delicious. She took us through the city centre and square to tell us about the history of Naples. She also treated us to caffe Del nonno and the kids to gelato. I would definitely recommend all 3 of them, and would ask for them specifically if that’s an option. Thank you for the amazing day. We have those pictures and memories that will last a lifetime. Grazie!

Marie was a fantastic guide—fun, incredibly knowledgeable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Fabrício, our driver, was polite and drove safely, making the ride smooth and pleasant. Our time in Pompeii was absolutely unforgettable—it’s hard to put into words how special it was. We only wish we had more time there! As an added bonus, Marie also helped us find an incredible Neapolitan pizza place in Rome, which totally made our day 🥰 Highly recommend this experience—top-notch from start to finish!
