5.00I’m not a huge history buff, and this was way more interesting than I was anticipating. Frankie was a wonderful tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and charismatic. Frankie knows lots of interesting details about life in Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. He also kept our group in good spirits and laughing the whole tour. I learned so much thanks to Frankie! After the tour, Frankie was very helpful in finding our way back to our bus. Even if you aren’t much into history, this is worth it for the views. Highly recommend!

5.00Our Pompeii tour was such an incredible experience, and Francisco made it truly unforgettable. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating history and detail throughout the entire tour. You could really tell how passionate he is, and he made everything so interesting and easy to follow. Walking through Pompeii was already amazing, but having a guide like Francisco brought the entire place to life in a way we never could have experienced on our own. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Pompeii!

5.00For our tour, Viator took one large group and broke it into three smaller groups. So it was wonderful to just have 10 people in our group. Our tour guide Frankie was excellent very knowledgeable. He’s been doing this for 27 years and those everything there is to know about Pompeii, but still makes it very entertaining to listen to. Of course, be sure to wear really good sneakers or hiking shoes as the stones are uneven and bring a hat, sunglasses some water and maybe even an umbrella to keep the sun off if you know if you’re entering at the Porto Marina entrance there is a very nice little Cafe and Bathroom stop right there that we didn’t know about so you should know about it cause it was very nice. I didn’t see anything to eat or a way to purchase drinks inside the park. This was a fascinating tour, much more interesting that I expected as there are some ruins that have been preserved. Plus, just hearing about all the inventions the Romans did, including in-house plumbing, creating a steam room and a sauna, takeout restaurants running water fountains 40 fountains throughout the city! Highly recommended this Tour, and if you can get Frankie as your guide, you will be glad he was very kind and kept having a sit down in the shade to listen to him when he had longer explanations. A lot of guides don’t do that.
