Our guide, Rosanna, was charming, very knowledgeable, and covered many important and interesting topics. My only regret was (apparently) misunderstanding food and water…there was no open snackbar that we could find and we did not have to go to the opposite end of the main road from our entry point for restrooms. Take a water bottle and you can fill at one of several working fountains on site. We wish we had more time and energy to spend on site.

Although we were unable to participate in this tour, due to our cruise ship being damaged in the previous port, the tour guide was encouraging and communicated quickly as this unfolded. They gave us a refund, despite being less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour and we do plan to return to Naples and will seek out this tour operator first!

What a great tour! I forgot the name of the lady who was showing us around, but it was clear she had a great understanding of the site!!

The tour guide, Yolanta, was terrible. She was monotone and mumbled. To make it worse the audio equipment was low quaily. It was such a low energy tour. I would hope they have have better guides and we just got a bad one. But you would be better off getting the ticket and audio guide and be on your own. Only thing that was helpful is that it ended at the bathrooms and snack bar. But you can also find this on your own -tour not needed.
