5.00Enjoyed seeing Pompeii and Sorrento. It's a long day but nice to get a chance to see everything. John was out guide and had interesting stories to share. We went in March and it was not too busy or hot. Sorrento was nice and shopped around some. Left around 7am and returned around 830pm.

5.00Went on this tour in March 2026, John was my tour guide, he was funny and informative. Trip was excellent, everything from Pompeii, Sorrento and the additional stops along the way. The pizza he recommended was amazing aswell. If you’re on the fence about this tour, I would say you do it.

5.00My family of three enjoyed this full day bus trip. The meeting point was easy to find as well as the guides. Michaela was our very friendly and informative guide who took special care to speak with each guest on the tour. This was our first visit to Pompeii and it was quite impressive. The Pompeii specific guide noted that one could spend 4-5 hours a day for 2-3 days to see the entire site. We had only about 2 hours at this stop so it was packed with details. I didn't realize Pompeii was such a large city and we saw mostly the city ruins vs the "human casts" that are only in the museum at the end of the tour. Michaela provided an option at Pompeii to pick up a take out pizza lunch and eat it on the bus on the drive to Sorrento. This option was provided as a time saving feature (or you can use time to get something to eat on your own in Sorrento later in the day) and we opted for it. My daughter and I shared a pizza which was ok and kept the hunger pangs at bay. There was a short 15min stop at a limoncello factory which from our prospective provided an opportunity for coastline photos and a lemon slushie (delicious) rather than the free liquor and candy samples. Upon arriving in Sorrento, we followed Michaela to get a view of the beach and take some photos. Afterwards, my husband and I elected to sit and relax on a beautiful terrace with a cool drink while my daughter walked around town and window shopped. The duration of the stop in Sorrento was similar to Pompeii and then we met back at the bus for the drive back to Rome. The bus was comfortable and the driver professional. Set your expectations for this trip (to get a taste of Pompeii and Sorrento) and you will enjoy it. We traveled in March which was also a bonus as the sites were not super crowded which can diminish the experience and increase the difficulty of staying with a group.

5.00Our tour guide Marius did a fantastic job! He had wonderful information and stories that made the bus ride go by so quickly. Our first stop was the limoncello factory, which was on a beautiful cliffside. We tasted three different types of liquors for free. We then went onto Sorrento and had time to walk around and have lunch overlooking the ocean. Last we went to Pompeii and had another very experienced guide around the ruins. The bus driver kept us safe and made the trip as quick as possible in and out of Rome. Highly recommended this tour for families with teens!

5.00Our guide for the day was Natasha and she was wonderful. Easy to understand, very knowledgeable, and a great personality. Our guide at Pompeii, Nico, was awesome. He was very passionate about the location and sharing his knowledge. I’ve toured the site twice and this tour was better than the previous time I toured Pompeii (with a different company). The day is very long but it is packed with lots of sights.
