In Pompeii, a 2r guided tour led by an expert archaeologist reveals the haunting beauty of a city frozen in time by the eruption of 79 AD. Following your exploration, indulge in a traditional Italian lunch.
Your adventure continues to Mount Vesuvius, with a choice between two unique trails:
1. The Crater Trail leads you on a scenic ascent to the summit, where sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and a striking glimpse into the volcanic crater await.
2. The Valley of Hell offers a more adventurous path, winding through solidified lava flows from the 1944 eruption and revealing extraordinary rock formations and a hidden lava cave.
Both trails are led by experienced guides who provide insights into the geological and historical significance of the area.

When the booking arrives 8 hours before the start time, the ONLY pick-up point is Starhotels Terminus in Piazza Garibaldi.

5.00Danilo our driver and luca our guide were excellent. Danilo has a tough job of driving along a volcano but he did it with ease and was a friendly driver. Luca made me feel very at home and was energetic and extremely friendly, couldnt say a bad word about them 2 if i tried. Shoutout to salvador the guide in pompeii, he was a very good guide too. The tour itself were great, both pompeii and vesuvius were unreal experiences and must do if you come to naples. 6 out 5 stars!

5.00This tour is excellent - Pickup/drop off seamless, Flora was wonderful, bus was great, lunch was brilliant and our guide in Pompeii was superb. Would recommend to anyone. LISTEN: Mt.Vesuvius is a steep climb and if you are in any way unfit, you're going to feel it. You'll be able to stop many times walking up, but it's a steep hike. If you are not used to hiking, consider your fitness level and who is in your party. Do not wear crocs or sandals, wear decent shoes, the path is gravel, its steep and it can be slippy. It's a brilliant view at the top on a clear day and I highly recommend completing this trip, just know what you're getting yourself in to!

5.00There are many tours of Pompeii, but the tour of Vesuvius made it special. This was the first time we had looked into a volcano - fortunately it looked very dormant. The Pompeii tour included the human victims, which I had not seen on 2 prior visits. The lunch was good.

5.00Pompeii was amazing and we had a wonderful guide, Tomas. Lunch was wonderful! Mt Vesuvius was an experience. You need to be prepared to hike up one mile to see the top of the volcano.

5.00Amazing day from start to finish. Our guide, Rafaela kept us entertained and informed from start to finish. Mario, our driver for the day skilfully navigated us through the traffic. And Anna, our Pompeii guide, was funny and knowledgeable. Food was great too. All in all a great day enjoyed by all members of our family aged 19-55. Highly recommend!

5.00Anna and Francesco were so lovely - providing a smooth bus ride, some laughs with our education, and making the time to get to know us throughout the day. Theresa, who gave our tour in Pompeii, was also amazing and so knowledgeable. A wonderful experience and more than worth the price, especially when you consider the lunch you get between Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius.
