In Pompeii, a 2r guided tour led by an expert archaeologist reveals the haunting beauty of a city frozen in time by the eruption of 79 AD. Following your exploration, indulge in a traditional Italian lunch.
Your adventure continues to Mount Vesuvius, with a choice between two unique trails:
1. The Crater Trail leads you on a scenic ascent to the summit, where sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and a striking glimpse into the volcanic crater await.
2. The Valley of Hell offers a more adventurous path, winding through solidified lava flows from the 1944 eruption and revealing extraordinary rock formations and a hidden lava cave.
Both trails are led by experienced guides who provide insights into the geological and historical significance of the area.

When the booking arrives 8 hours before the start time, the ONLY pick-up point is Starhotels Terminus in Piazza Garibaldi.
The Pickup time MUST BE confirmed via the dashboard based on your accommodation. Tour Departure is NOT the pickup time.

5.00Our all day trip with friends to both Pompeii and Vesuvius was an amazing day. To the ruins etc of Pompeii with guide Tommaz was amazing. Connie and Gernaro5 (driver) were our guidw & driver for the whole, they couldn't of organised a better day and experience for us. Looked after us and made this a wonderful trip. Thank you all.

5.00What a great tour. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was well done all the way around. In particular I wasn’t sure impressed with Anastasia and our driver Pasquale. We took this tour but were already staying in Pompeii. They made a point to just have us meet them nearby the tour and actually dropped us back at our hotel after the tour was done. The Pompeii tour was great and Vesuvius was a great hike. The lunch which I expected to just be OK, was very good at a nice little place on the way up to Vesuvius. This was very much worth the money and I would highly recommend it.

5.00An amazing trip. We opted for the semi private tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius. We were only 4 people and our driver Antonio Carola was exceptionally helpful especially when we discovered that the Vesuvius National park was closed due to bad weather. Our guide Nina around Pompeii was so knowledgeable having answers for all our questions. She clearly enjoys her job. Not seeing the volcanic crater was a shame but there was nothing anyone could do about it. The whole day was absolutely splendid. Would definitely book again.

5.00Booked this as a day trip from Naples and it delivered on every front. The organization was seamless — pickup was on time, logistics handled efficiently, and the small group format made the whole experience much more relaxed than the larger tour buses crowding the sites. Our guide Salvatore was the best! He was helpful and knowledgeable. He exceeded our expectation! Lunch with panoramic views of the Bay of Naples was a great break after Vesuvius. Pompeii exceeded expectations. We were brought the ruins to life with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm — the kind of storytelling that makes ancient history actually stick. Two hours felt like the right amount of time to cover the highlights without feeling rushed. A special mention to Giuliano, our driver, who handled the narrow and demanding roads around Vesuvius with total confidence and kept the day running smoothly from start to finish. All-inclusive pricing (transport, skip-the-line entry, lunch. Pompei) makes the value clear. Highly recommended for anyone with a day to spare in Naples.
