In Pompeii, a 2r guided tour led by an expert archaeologist reveals the haunting beauty of a city frozen in time by the eruption of 79 AD. Following your exploration, indulge in a traditional Italian lunch.
Your adventure continues to Mount Vesuvius, with a choice between two unique trails:
1. The Crater Trail leads you on a scenic ascent to the summit, where sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and a striking glimpse into the volcanic crater await.
2. The Valley of Hell offers a more adventurous path, winding through solidified lava flows from the 1944 eruption and revealing extraordinary rock formations and a hidden lava cave.
Both trails are led by experienced guides who provide insights into the geological and historical significance of the area.

When the booking arrives 8 hours before the start time, the ONLY pick-up point is Starhotels Terminus in Piazza Garibaldi.

5.00In 8 hours you get acquainted with the life and history of Pompeii with a very interesting description by our guide, you get a lunch that is excellent and then you walk to vezuvios. Just be careful, don't eat too much because even though you walk just for 500 meters it is quite difficult to do it after lunch since the path is uphill. Anna our leader and Alfredo our driver were great and fun!

5.00This tour went very well. The pick-up was on time, our escort Arianna made us a warm welcome with a beautiful command of the French language. Giulano, the driver of the minibus drove us quickly and safely to Pompei where we were picked up by Luisa a guide specialized in the history of this fantastic and impressive archaeological site. At the end of a very comprehensive visit that lasted 2 hours, the minibus took the road back to Vesuvius stopping at a restaurant with panoramic views in which we had the chance to taste local specialties while enjoying a vertiginous view of the Bay of Naples. After this break of about 1h30 , direction to the site of Mount Vesuvius by minibus first then after being dropped off on a parking lot the last part is on foot it is an ascent of about 30 minutes a little difficult but doable, especially since gradually the view of the Bay of Naples and the surroundings widened more and more (the final panorama is breathtaking). The atmosphere around the crater remains no less amazing.

He brought history to life in a way that made the entire experience both fascinating and enjoyable from start to finish. A special mention also goes to our driver, Remigio, who was incredibly professional, punctual, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The combination of excellent organization, professionalism, and great energy made this tour exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius!

5.00We were very well received by our guide Arianna , her smile and her sympathy were at the rendezvous .... Our guide Luisa on Pompei website was amazing, thrilling visit. Our lunch at the top with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Naples and to finish the assumption of Vesuvius that I will never forget so much the beauty of the views and have this chance to see an active volcano crater .... Thanks to Luisa , Arianna and our driver....

5.00What a fantastic experience! Having the transportation included along with a wonderful meal was less planning and less worry! Especially if you have some wine or a beer with your lunch at Kona Pizza. We were served several kinds of appetizers, two local pasta dishes, Margarita pizza (👩🍳) bread and cake using local lemons and berries. Our driver was exemplary on the tiny roads and our host Clemente was funny, kept us on schedule and a great personality!

5.00Wonderfully organized tour with ideal periods of stay in Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. Patrizia, the guide in Pompeii, who brought the city back to life on her tour, was particularly enchanting. Even the lunch with a view was surprisingly delicious including appetizers with regional specialties. The bus rides were relaxed. Great value for money. Recommendation!!
