Vic was a fabulous driver and tremendous guide. So much fun. Such great history and back stories. Wonderful stops on the way! Nothing fazed him. Highly recommend this tour!

1. The tour was advertised as a "Guided Tour", which led s to expect an on-site guide accompanying the group throughout the visit, however the guidance was limited to commentary provided on the bus. 2. The bus commentary were not audible from the back seats 3. During the journey, multiple additional stops (including shopping) were included, significantly extending the total travel time.

Phil was our terrific guide for the day. Lots of interesting information provided along the way and some great stop-off points. The Port Arthur site is so interesting with guided talks at various points - everything very well organised.

A great day tour from Hobart. Our driver was so knowledgeable and we all loved his sense of humour. Such a sad time for the convicts but all these years later we are left with beautiful grounds and buildings and a positive message of those that survived and prospered.

If you opt to visit the Remarkable Cave and the isle of the Dead cruise, you probably won't have enough time to do the whole of the Port Arthur site as well. Cut one of these to see the whole site with enough time for a quick bite in between. Another half hour in Richmond would have been good if the tour could be extended by that much to allow seeing the main street and shops. Colin was a lovely driver for the day, lots of history and a few dad jokes along the way. Great for solo travellers without a car. I had door to door drop off and pick up which was great after a long day of walking.

The day was amazing, the drivers/guides (Elise and Evan) we had were very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Each section of the tour was explained, so everyone knew where to go, what to see and times to be back, everyone was punctual. Thank you for a very enjoyable day.
