What To Expect
For Orlando Airport MCO pickups the pickup point will be the Ground Transportation Level (level 1) depends of the airline. We use in both terminals the spot number 10. Terminal A we use spot A-10 and Terminal B we use spot B-10. Please be aware of your mobile phone for driver's status notifications. For hotel pickups please jest stay at the main lobby or registration office 10 minutes before the pickup time. Also, be aware of your mobile phone for driver's status notifications.

3.00I booked a pick up from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship terminal. Our driver was sent to the Celebrity Apex terminal. I spent a lot of time trying to determine where he was and how to find him. The Go Port staffer who I asked for assistance told me that our driver was at Terminal 1 - not Terminal 5. It was very frustrating & made for a hectic end to our trip. Despite this incident, we left 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. However, the ride itself was comfortable and the driver got us to MCO on time.

5.00We booked around the clock transportation for our return trip to the airport from port canaveral. I will driver was Luis and he was prompt very courteous and arrived in a great car nice and clean and provided a comfortable ride to the airport. He assisted us loading our luggage into and out of the car and made sure we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this company again.

5.00We had a group of ten people getting off the cruise ship to travel to Orlando airport. The driver text when he arrived, which was while we were still getting off the ship. Told us exactly where he was parked. We walked straight off ship straight to shuttle with zero waiting. He loaded our bags and drove straight to airport! Highly recommend!!!
