The bus was full but not an issue because the trips between lighthouses was short. . Guide was excellent and the time spent at each lighthouse was appropriate.

Very nice tour with a complimentary taster of any beer at the Portland Beer Hub where we met. Erik, one of the owners and our driver was interesting and a native of South Portland. He took us to 3 lighthouses and showed us some sights along the tour! Erik shared the history of Portland, the fires that erased Portland and the several rebuilds of this city. He shared many facts of history and his love for this city! Enjoyable tour and afternoon!

Eric was very knowledgeable about the city of Portland and all of the lighthouses. He was a former lobsterman which helped in his knowledge of the lighthouses and the waters around Portland. Plus we got a welcome pour at the Beer Hub where we met!!

This was a great tour going to three Portland area lighthouses. We were in Portland on a cruise and only had a short time to explore. The tour duration fit nicely with our available time in port. The meeting point was a short walk from the cruise pier and easy to find. Our guide/driver Jeff met us out front of Portland Beer Hub. You could go in and get a complimentary pour of their craft beer before or after the tour. This is a small group tour and there were only 12 in the group. Jeff the guide made sure everyone was comfortable in the van and had water available. He was knowledgeable on the area and offered history on all sights visited. We visited three lighthouses with Head Light being the highlight of the trip. It’s the most picturesque of the three visited. We had the most time at this stop to explore the area around the lighthouse. There were also food trucks and walking trail. One thing to note if you are taking a later tour the gift shop may be closed. We stopped at two others Bug Light and Spring Point. At each stop there was plenty of time to get pictures and walk around to take in the views. Overall would highly recommend if you are short on time.
