You are collected from a meeting point or your accommodation by our knowledgeable guide in our 9 seater 4-wheel drive Portuguese UMM. We dont overload your tour with just 5 people
We then embark on a leisurely sightseeing tour, with some easy off-roading on good tracks to see the stunning beauty of the island of Porto Santo. Covering all four corners of the island with its magnificent viewpoints, you will have the opportunity to take fantastic photographs both from the open-sided vehicle and as we make many stops en route.
The Golden Island has so much to offer the inquiring visitor. Allow us to share stories of the history, geography and people that have helped to shape this paradise.

Porto Santo Island
Discover the natural beauty of the island of Porto Santo. Enjoy the stunning views from the many viewpoints as we take a relaxed leisurely drive around the island. We guarantee you won't be part of a long dusty column of other vehicles or we will be out to do the Madeira rally for speed. As we travel around the island you can find out a little more about the people, their history and the geography of this truly unique place. Timings are all approximate.

In the south of the island we have the option to visit the Calheta beach or the Miradouro das Flores.

5.00The tour on Porto Santo and at Praia do Porto Santo was simply fantastic and definitely one of our highlights. Our guide Mike was super friendly, funny, and kept the mood great all day long. You could immediately tell how much experience and passion he has for the island. The ride in the jeep was extremely fun. Especially the off-road tracks and the viewpoints were simply incredible. The jeep was very comfortable and perfect for the tour. We saw many beautiful places that one would probably never discover alone. The stop at Praia do Porto Santo was also beautiful. The beach is simply stunning and perfectly rounded off the tour. Everything was top organized, and the mix of adventure, relaxed sightseeing, and interesting information about Porto Santo was perfect. Anyone who wants to experience the island in a special way should definitely take this tour. Clear recommendation. We would book the tour again immediately.

5.00Sandro - our guide was amazing. He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions and showed us the whole Island. The tour was not rushed and we had plenty of time for photographs and for walking around the individual stopping points Sandro's knowledge of the history of the Island both geologically and politically is unrivalled. He dropped us off after the tour at an excellent bar for a drink and snack .

5.00Wow, our expectations were surpassed by a LOT. Mike is a local with tons of knowledge about the island and, more importantly, he has real appreciation for the land and the people living here. We could not have asked for anything more. If anyone gets the chance to tour the island with Mike, you are in for an experience you won’t soon forget.

He is an excellent and energetic communicator who eagerly shares his knowledge in an easy to understand and engaging manner. The tour is indeed ‘whole island’. We saw and learned so much. To see and understand Porto Santo, this is the tour to take!

5.00The photographic tour was arranged through the Bravelanders, namely by the guide Miguel Rocha, native of the island, professional, friendly, charismatic, exquisite conductor, deep knowledge of the history and the wonderful scenic trails of all corners of this golden island. It was a legendary, super emotional tour that enchanted the whole family. I highly recommend!
